We have been to Destin many times and stayed at a lot of condos. This Unit - Good points - Overall the furniture and decorations were nice. Liked the window over the kitchen sink. Great views of ocean. Condo location at the end - corner unit. Large walk-in room for washer/dryer and a closest full of beach toys, floats to use. Bad points - The condo was worn and could use some deep cleaning. It needs some repairing and replacing of items (balcony chair cushions were in shreds, blender did not work, one of the toasters needs to be thrown away-fire hazard, mold in master shower, handles missing from night stands). Be prepared for the noise off the master bedroom-very busy street down below. Majestic Sun Property - Good points - very good location, like gated community. Garage parking nice. Landscaped nice-saw people continue to working on it. Bad points - Area around pool was very small. It was so over crowded, we spent every day at the beach instead. Rental agency was very nice and accommodating. He answered all my questions very quickly. Recommend: For the money this property was a good deal. But I would not stay here again because the unit was too worn and the pool area was way too small.Recommended for: Families with young children.
