A very roomy like townhouse/condo located in a very nice complex close to Kaanapali area. The kitchen is beautifully done and the layout of the condo is very roomy and comfortable. Decorated very nicely and everything kept very clean. We felt like we were coming home everyday when we returned. Only drawback for anyone with walking problems would be the number of steps you have to walk to get up to the condo. Owner was very nice and helpful to work with. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We love this condo !! This was our 3rd trip staying here. Jeff's condo is beautiful, and in a great location. It'a a easy walk to Whalers Village and Black Rock. You can catch the bus from Whalers Village to Lahaina for a dollar, so it's easy to get around if you don't feel like driving. We did go to many beaches around the Island for snokeling, and this time we went to the Aquarium. Jeff is very helpful with questions and can recommend places to go. We love this place so much, that we've booked another stay !!

Great Vacation in Maui

We had a great family vacation for two weeks in Maui, the condo was beautiful, lots of room for the family and a great oasis to come back to every day. Loved Whalers Village and Front Street, had a great time seeing the sights and travelling the road to Hana. Recommend for all who want a bit of adventure and a place to relax. Excellent Condo in Kaanapali

We absolutely loved Jeff's condo. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and had been recently repainted. The kitchen is large with great appliances. We enjoyed the large shady lanaii which was perfect after a hot day at the beach. The large BBQ on the lanaii and the large screen TV was an added bonus. Jeff has also added new flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. The pool area was also great with no shortage of lounge chairs. The condo is exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures on the web site. We really enjoyed the location; a short 5 minute drive into Lahaina, a 5 minute walk across the golf course to Kaanapali beach and close to a number of other great beaches. Jeff was very responsive when we inquired about the condo and was very easy to deal with. We stayed in Jeff's condo for 15 nights and could have stayed forever. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely consider staying in Jeff's condo again and would highly recommend it as the ideal condo in a great location for anyone planning to vacation in Maui. Jeff's condo contributed greatly to the quality of our Maui vacation. .

Our 11 day stay was fantastic in this luxurious condo - home away from home. We enjoyed numerous outings for sightseeing and the short walk to Whaler's Village and the beach was perfect. This was our second time staying at Jeff's condo...Thank You Jeff !! We brought another couple with us, and had the most wonderful time !! The condo is just as beautiful as ever, very clean and has everything you could want. It's great having a kitchen, so you don't have to eat out every night. We did walk to Whalers village several nights and had dinner at Leilani's on the beach. We went snorkeling at Black Rock, saw lots of fish and a couple turtles. We totally reccomend Jeff's condo, and we are planning another stay in 2013.....can't wait !!

We "3", Midwest Prof. women, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in Maui. It is beautifully furnished down to the colorful Island prints and pictures to enhance every room's decor. This location is a quiet, private, well maintained and very lovely, including pool and grounds, with location close to beach and island activities. The Lani is perfect for AM coffee and evening entertainment with a great view of Moloka'i and green open landscape without the hot sun. Your up-to-date furnishings, complete Kitchen and furnished laundry made our stay much more enjoyable than a hotel room. Thanks, Jeff and family for the lovely accommodation, we enjoyed our eve's playing cards and Scrabble on the comfortably furnished Lani, and/or a quick walk to the beach to watch the sunset. This was my 10th trip to Hawaii, my 2nd to Maui and not my last to this beautiful codo!! Mahalo

When we decided to visit Maui we checked out condos on the beach and away from the beach. We luckily came across this Condo on VRBO. We weren't sure if we would like staying a few blocks from the beach but we ended up being very happy. It's actually refreshing getting away from the beach and crowds. Going back to Jeff's condo couldn't have been more relaxing.....beautiful pool, hot tub and quiet surroundings around the complex. The condo is awesome for 2 couples...with a bedroom upstairs and one on the main floor you could get as much privacy as you wanted. Also very nice to have a cool condo in the direction it faces...really no direct sunlight on the deck....nice place to get away from the sun. Jeff was very helpful any time we emailed him with questions about anything!! Very reasonably priced and only minutes from the beach and great shopping. We definitely would recommend the drive to Hana and a one night stay at Hana....take the complete trip around the island...you won't regret it. This was one of the highlights of our 2 week trip. We will definitely be returning to Maui and Jeff's condo as long as it is vacant.

We got married in Maui and this condo was an excellent place to have guests over. The condo is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities anyone would want on vacation. Kaanapali Royal grounds are well kept and very quiet in the evening. The pool and hot tub was awesome. I would definately recommend staying here.

If you've just looked at the posted pictures and are trying to decide if this condo is right for you I can absolutely guarantee that what you see is EXACTLY what you are going to get. We had a fabulous 10 days in this home away from home. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, audio and visual entertainment, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Loved the big screened doors and windows that we kept open all the time. The condo has AC but is never in the direct sun and I didn't go to Maui to stay in an air conditioned room. Gotta love that fresh sea breeze! Jeff is very thorough and prompt with his responses to all questions. Perfect location, perfect layout, perfect vacation. Would we recommend G301.....In a heartbeat!

My family and I recently stayed at KR G301 July 13-27th 2009. This was my 4th trip to Hawaii and my family's first. I had high expectations for this condo after seeing the pictures, reading the description and comments. Needless to say, it was fabulous. Using the keyless entry, my family and I walked into an amazing condo. It was incredibly spacious and very clean. Right away it felt welcoming. The views from the lanai were spectacular. It sits perfectly on the golf course as the sun is never directly in the big picture windows or on the lanai. Therefore keeping it cooler and not needing to close the drapes and block the view. The pool is within eyesight from the lanai. The grounds are very well kept. The condo is completely stocked to easily cook all of your meals and/or BBQ. Jeff is easy to reach, responds to questions promptly and is full of information and tips. If anyone is planning a trip to Maui, I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful condo. You will NOT be disappointed. The 2 weeks we spent here was the most relaxing vacation I have had in a long time. After a hot day at the beach, you felt like you were home when you stepped back in to G301. Will I stay here again? Without a doubt! I just hope it's available when we want to come back next year!

Great place. Beautful! I would highly recommend! I was a little hesitant because it was not "on the beach" but I was actually glad after playing all day at the beach, it was so serene to come back to this beautiful condo overlooking the golf course and pool! It was just a short walk anyway to the beach.I loved that we had a washer & dryer. The owner Jeff was very pleasant and recommended we go to Costco to stock up on groceries & rent our car from them too.Great advice! We were impressed during our one week stay here in your newly re-decorated,very spacious condo. It is conveniently located, complete with efficient kitchen and large washer/dryer. We even got a "bonus" cardio-workout daily--those who have stayed here will understand. Very enjoyable "home-away-from-home"!

If you want to stay at an amazing place.....stay here! The condo was huge, had everything you could want. The previous time we were in Hawaii, we stayed at the Westin in a box of a room with a TV at double the price! It was really nice to have a home to go back to at the end of the day.

This is an amazing property and place. Nice people, excellent security- nothing is missing. Would compare the condo to accommodations charging five times the amount, condo itself is nicer than the suite I stayed in at the Maui Ritz-Carlton. The lanai is the best, fully furnished with a nice gas barbecue. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm and we did! Owner is fantastic as well, would definitely stay there again if I have the chance.

I cannot express strongly enough how much we loved staying in this condo. It was very well appointed, there was nothing that we longed for that this unit did not have. We have visited Maui 2 other times and did not have nearly as nice a place as G301. We sat on the Lanai every morning, drank our coffee, listened to the Hawaiian CD's that were there. Absolutely loved the full sized washer and dryer! (No mini w/d in this one!) The kitchen is big and has everything one needs to entertain. Our kids loved the pool, it was very clean and big enough for the kids to practice their snorkeling skills. We absolutely hated leaving. The owner was very nice and VERY helpful with all of our needs! LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!

This condo surpassed our expectations. We loved it! On entering the condo we immediately felt at home with every modern convenience required for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. It is immaculately furnished and very clean. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is beautiful and was never crowded. We spent a lot of time outside on the lanai which has a barbeque which we used a lot. Although the condo is not directly on the beach it is only a 5 minute walk from beach & shopping. We found the snorkelling in the area was amazing with Black Rock our favourite. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We recently returned from another memorable stay on the island of Maui. The only difference this time is the fact that the Kaanapali Royal Condo website description and photos tell no lies. I had many email and phone conversations prior to the trip and the owner made me feel very comfortable. The recently remodeled G301 was nice, clean, and located in a quiet complex. The unit is a 5 minute walk from the Whalers Village area in the heart of Kaanapali. A 5-7 minute drive to the south puts you in Lahaina town (Front Street) and 10-12 minutes to the north is Kapalua. You are within easy reach of grocery/retail shopping, restaurants, and of course beaches. The 2-bed/2-bath unit provided ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was clean and the prefect size. The large lanai extends the entire width of the living area and the full size in-unit washer and dryer were an added plus. Would we stay here again?...you bet!

We came to Maui for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration, along with 22 family members. This was the best place to stay for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at G301. The condo was very spacious, nice furniture and appliances, and very clean. We've been to Maui many times, and this was, by far, the nicest condo we've stayed in. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. We practically had the pool to ourselves everyday. We couldn't be happier, and will recommend this condo to all our friends. We will be back to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in G301 at KRR. Across street from Whaler's Village, beach and snorkeling. Short 5 minute drive to Lahania. Condo has plenty of space and is extremely well decorated and accessorized (appliances, TV's, cabinetry, tile & granite). Also enjoyed the lanai & grill and pool & spa (perfect water temp). Would easily stay again.

We recently stayed at this condo and we absolutely loved it! It was spacious and quiet and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The condo was super clean and the grounds were meticulously kept. The pool was set in a beautiful grassed area and was never crowded or noisy.
