THE SNOW IS HERE!! Ready to enjoy your ultimate mountain vacation? Due to recent remodel, the home has been delayed from entering the rental market until recently, and the timing is perfect for you. You will find small 3 bedrooms at the Resort or The Village run $1900 a night + all the expenses you’ll incur for just about everything there.
Rates are entirely dependent on particular weekend and length of stay and will be negotiated directly with owner. Owner will take the very first qualified renters so don’t miss this if you’ve got a lot of people in your party and have dates in mind!!!
Welcome to your ultimate Lake Tahoe destination, Squaw Valley USA! This unique, spacious, mountain retreat is located walking distance from the lifts and The Village at Squaw. You simply cannot beat the wide-open views from of the entire mountain from this home.
This retreat boasts a full 8 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms throughout the 4,500 square foot, 6-story layout. It has 2 full granite kitchens with modern stainless steel appliances, an 8-person hot tub, ski tuning room, pool table, bar style shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, 10 person dining room table, poker table, and much more, 2 separate laundry rooms, and a garage to fit a large SUV with ample additional outside parking.
In addition, there are televisions in almost every room with dvd players throughout the entire home connected via satellite to over 200 channels, including premium movie packages, with Pay Per View options as well. The entire home is connected to wireless high-speed internet, and there is a house computer to use as well. There is unlimited local and long distance phone service.
There are 3 decks on the 4th, 5th and 6th levels. There is an amazing barbeque on the 5th floor deck and a standard barbeque on the 4th deck.. Both kitchens are granite with modern stainless steel appliances, and the upper kitchen has 2 separate ovens. 3 of the bathrooms have dual sinks. The home is mostly carpeted with fine wood and tile floors in high-traffic areas.
This home offers all the amenities you would expect at a hotel with the privacy of your own multi-million dollar home to share with your own friends and family. And again, the views simply do not get any better!

Services available include in house massage. private ski/snowboard instruction, day care, transportation, shopping, cooking and/or catering, live music, daily or mid-rental cleaning etc. The home also offers a high performance snowmobile as an available option for use. Imagine the convenience of having your kids dropped off and picked up from their various ski lessons and activities, while you enjoy the slopes yourselves. By the time you are home, your shopping has been done for you and dinner is already being prepared.
The owner has been a local resident of North Lake Tahoe for 13 years and has connections throughout the area, making possible almost any service or activity you are interested in, with personal service from your personal concierge and more. The home has a local house manager that will be available 24/7 in case of emergency or any problems or requests.
