This beachfront unit is on the Gulf of Mexico with a view of the Beach and Gulf. The condo is ten years new, in great shape, and includes everything your family might require for a comfortable stay.This unit is on the 3rd floor with a direct view of the gulf.
The beach palms complex is well maintained and has a great court yard and pool area. It also has direct access to the beach which you can walk on for several miles in each direction.the beach is located 100 feet off of the elevator.this condo has recently been upgraded and is in great condition. the bedrooms have 1 king, 1 full 1 twin, 1 queen, amd a full sofa sleeper. You will be only ten minutes from the beautiful Clearwater Pier and shopping district which has resturants shops and many excursions.
You are sure to enjoy yourself! There is parasailing and waverunners right in front of this condo. My favorite is the Intercoastal and sitting at the restaurant Gators. We love to watch the dolphins come through at sunset and the pelicans are a riot with their dive bombing the fish. The fact that Indian Rock Beach is centered on Gulf Boulevard between Clearwater and St. Pete is a great benefit. You can head in either direction. John's Pass is a must see village just ten minutes from the condo and St. Pete Airport is only 25 minutes away
