Ca' dei Santi is a 17th century country house, located on the hills outside Cortona, only 10 minutes drive from the historical centre of this lively town. The location is wonderful, immersed in the countryside just a short trip to Cortona. There are two
restaurants, two bars and a supermarket within 2 kms of the house.
It is a fully independent holiday Apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful 17th century farmhouse accessed along a quiet country lane. In front of the Apartment there is a large garden " ALL' ITALIANA" very well kept with all kinds of flowers , olive trees. It is nice for walking all around. It is equipped with a dining table under the trees and barbecue. It sleeps up to 6 people.
The lovely pool of 6mt x 12mt , set in the grounds of the extensive gardens, is enclosed by a fence. (You could well need a week just to explore the gardens alone!). It is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. It is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck-chairs, sun beds and barbecue. The owners live on the first floor of the house and are discrete but are available to help the guests with anything they may need. On request they can also prepare a dinner for you during your stay. They have one small friendly dog. It is possible to organize meals prepared for you at home and also babysitting. For days out there is no lack of places to visit; Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Siena and Arezzo could keep you busy for a month and yet we believe that the temptation
will be to stay here and enjoy Ca' De Santi and its gardens and pool. Ground floor Apartment "Cà dei santi": It sleeps up to 6 people
1° room: Huge living room/dining room complete with open decorative fireplace, large table for 12 people, 12 chairs, tv, Dvd and cd player.
2° room: Well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge /freezer.
3° room: Double bedroom with 2 bedside tables and wardrobe.
4° room: Bedroom with twin Queen size beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mini-fridge and writing -desk with a chair. French windows leading onto the garden in front and to the pool.
5° room: Bedroom with two twin Queen- size beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mini-fridge and desk with chair. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath- tub. 2 French windows leading onto the garden in front and to the pool. The bedrooms are so large that it is easily possible to add a further bed.
Bathroom: With shower.
Laundry: It is outside, in another part of the building. It has a washing machine in common with the owners, and an iron.
