No sharing bathrooms-each bedroom has a full bathroom! Downstairs bedroom provides separate exterior access. The huge rustic dining table has leather seating for ten, plus room for four more at the bar. The large deck can handle any size group. This very special home has hosted two weddings, three family reunions, and a team of NASA scientists!
Looking for some family fun? Send the kids upstairs while the adults relax in the rest of the home. Upstairs you will find the pool table and a fully enclosed game room. Inside the game room is the pinball machine, game table, and a satellite TV with easy access for their video game connections.
The forested acre of property provides the privacy of a more remote location, but the home lies on the edge of Flagstaff. Restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater and the Flagstaff Mall are only two miles away and downtown Flagstaff is only five miles away. The only public golf course in Flagstaff and a great driving range are just across the street.

A family gathering brought me to beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona for a stay at the spectacular Timberloft which was nestled among the Ponderosa Pines.
We entered this tri-level “lodge style” home on the main level featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. I immediately noticed the warm elegance and attention to detail starting with the large open kitchen, the dining area (table set for 10 plus bar dining area!), wide roomy living area and the inviting natural stone fireplace.
The main level featured three bedrooms complete with three full bathrooms. The master suite was exceptionally luxurious with a Jacuzzi tub and flat screen tv! The loft area included additional sleeping areas and the lower level of this home had another full bedroom, with its own bathroom and private patio. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group! For family entertainment, the spacious upper level loft area featured a cozy fireplace, game room with card table, billiards and an authentic pinball machine.
No detail was forgotten in this spacious home. There are several flat screen TVs and WiFi coverage throughout the entire home. After spending the morning on the golf course and an afternoon of fun and games, my human companions cooked up a delicious gourmet dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Later, we enjoyed a soak in the Jacuzzi with mugs of hot cocoa and watched the tree tops sparkle in the night as the snow drifted down onto the pines.
The Timberloft’s sublime location was private and quiet, yet close to many of the area’s most popular attractions. Flagstaff is on Historic Route 66 and just a few minutes to the campus of NAU and skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl. Plus, the Grand Canyon, Winslow, Sedona, Williams, or Prescott are a short day trip away! This is a perfect year-round destination for hiking, biking, horseback riding and exploration.
Whether you are looking for a cozy hibernation with your own bear clan, a romantic getaway, or sightseeing adventures, the Timberloft lodge is a first class home away from home!

Thank you for sharing our lovely home. It provided the perfect venue to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Thanks for the attention to detail. The kitchen was perfect for making the wedding cake and gave us lots of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck.

We liked the homelike atmosphere, the fully equipped kitchen, and the warmth of our peaceful stay. We won't forget awakening on our last morning to 4" of white powder snow on April 1st - April Fools!

Beautiful home, great central location. The house was a great place to return to and relax after several full days - Grand Canyon, Sedona, Northern Arizona Museum, Historic Flagstaff. Great Memories for our Families!

Had a nice family vacation at Timberloft. Nice house, well furnished, nice property manager, Monica. Negatives: The deck is pretty dangerous for young kids, beware. Hot tub was not very hot, and not too clean, we took a pass after one dip. No A/C. Place gets up to high 80's inside and stay hot all night in most of the rooms. If you are staying in the summer, beware you will be cook in this place on sunny days. I don't get how a million dollar house has no A/C. We are not easy complainers so you just need to know this if staying in the summer months you will cook
Owner response:We're so glad that you had a nice vacation at Timberloft. I'm sorry you weren't completely thrilled. The temperature of the hot tub can be adjusted at any time, but will not allow a temperature over 105 degrees. It is regularly serviced and I'm sorry it did not meet your expectations. The floor to ceiling curtains shield out most of the sun on the few days each year that exceed 85 degrees. Opening a few windows also usually helps keep things cooler on our warmest days, but the period you stayed was unusually warm and we apologize that you weren't completely comfortable. We look forward to hosting you at Timberloft again soon.
