We have (5) two-bedroom, oceanview condominiums that are two-story townhouse style units. They are tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and will accommodate up to six persons comfortably. There are five identical units located side by side available for large or small groups. Each unit has marble floors, central air, two TVs with cable, full-size kitchen appliances, and an ocean view terrace.
They are located in the private condominium complex "Villas Marlin" which has recently been completely renovated since hurricane Wilma including three new swimming pool areas with plenty of lounge chairs, a wide sandy beach, a gentle surf safe for swimming, tennis courts, 24-hour security, and a mini-market.
Right across the street is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun's largest indoor mall, and just a few minutes walk down the boulevard is La Isla Center, the newest and largest open air shopping center in Cancun. Most of the islands major area attractions are only minutes away by car, taxi, or bus. It could not be more convenient!
