Edgewater House
Edgewater House is an executive home sitting on a large, lakefront lot in the gated community of Formosa Garden Estates, which is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. The huge deck and large pool and spa make the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view in peace and quiet. Inside there is plenty of space for you and your family to spread out as well.

Edgewater House has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 14 people in real comfort.
Downstairs there are 3 King Master bedrooms and a twin bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs there is another king Master bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. All rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.
As well as a large family room there is breakfast nook and dining room. The kitchen and laundry areas have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
Our games room has a high quality pool table, foosball (table football), air-hockey and another big screen TV. In the family room we have an Xbox 360 console with games. There are also DVDs and board games to enjoy.
Edgewater House has a 30ft by 14ft swimming pool and spa surrounded by extended deck. The pool area is south-west facing and there are lots of chairs and loungers for everyone to enjoy the sun. If you fancy a break from the heat you can relax under the lanai in the shade with its own cable TV and ceiling fan. There is a table and chairs as well as a gas BBQ grill for alfresco dining.
We also provide a baby package consisting of a stroller, baby monitors, high chair and a pack and play crib.
Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.
If you are looking for accommodation for a larger party we also have other homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

We have rented many places in Florida and this was by far the best home we have stayed in. The king size beds were so comfortable and we had hot water for showers every morning. The pool was great- everything was wonderful.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Our family loved Edgewater House!. We have three adult children so the 4 master bedrooms were great. Each of the adult families had a master suite and the grandchildren slept in the rooms with the twin beds. Our grandchildren spent most every hour they were at Edgewater House in the pool. We also thought the home was well furnished and tastefully decorated. Formosa Gardens Estates is a an excellent location to enjoy Orlando area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed walking the area in the evening. Thanks goes to Philip for the tip regarding the back way into Walt Disney World it was really useful. The management company, USA Vacation Homes was also very responsive. The wireless internet service stopped working on Monday and then periodically. An employee stopped by a Monday afternoon to check the wireless service and then showed me how to reboot the system if it failed again. We also called about not having a baby monitor on Monday morning and they dropped one by a couple of hours later. Overall, a great vacation, wonderful accommodations and if we stay in the Orlando area again we will definitely consider one of your homes.
