The large combination dining/kitchen area with fireplace opens onto a wonderful screened porch and open deck with a 200+ degree view of peace & tranquility...like only the lake and mountains can offer! The full function kitchen is neat, clean and includes a washer/dryer and every gadget imaginable! The first bedroom offers a KING sized bed, the second a set of TWINS and all of the linens are of the highest quality and fiber count! Sweet dreams!

Weekly Rentals Are From Saturday to Saturday.  Holidays are 3 Night Minimum.
Apr-Oct .. $90/night .. $575/week Plus 12% State/Bed Tax
Nov-Mar .. $75/night .. $475/week Plus 12% State/Bed Tax
All Reservations: $150 Security Deposit at time of booking.  $100 Per Pet/Non Ref.
Cancellations: Full refund if canceled 45+ days prior to arrival (-$50 Admin Fee)
Check in: 4:00 PM  Check out: 10:00 AM   Payment is currently by Cash or Check.
Cleaning Fee: $75
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
