From the moment you walk in the door of “Almost Heaven” you will feel that you are in heaven. With modern décor and hardwood floors throughout the house, you can relax and enjoy the thought of comfort for your vacation. A great deal of thought went into the esthetics and décor to ensure each guest with a memorable experience with a desire to return to Almost Heaven year after year.

The first floor has a full media room with queen sleeper sofa; this room is perfect for just sitting around and watching a movie. It can also be used as an additional bedroom because of the private bathroom.

The second floor features a great room with gas fireplace and wall mounted flat screen. A modern kitchen complete with granite counter tops, a 5 burner gas stove, and all stainless steel appliances. The professional kitchen also has a bar area that seats four comfortably and a large dining area which leads to a balcony with stunning views of the emerald waters of the Gulf! There is also a half bath for convenience. You will love this whole open area which is full with so much natural light.

The third floor consists of 3 bedrooms including the master suite with its own balcony with gulf views, and gas fireplace. The master bath features granite dual sinks, glass shower, garden tub, and walk in closet. There is also a King bedroom with private bath. The kids can tell about stories of adventures in the cozy bunk room that sleeps four with private bath.

Strategically located on Scenic 30A Blue Mountain Beach, you are minutes to beach cafes and elegant dining. Take a stroll on over 20 miles of bike paths that meander past rare dune lakes and scenic ponds. Gather your friends for a golf game at one of the top rated golf courses, or enjoy a free concert at Gulf Place in spring and summer. Plus for the shoppers in the group, amazing shopping both on Scenic 30A and nearby Destin . Most important to you and your vacation is the private boardwalk to the beach that is only shared with a few other homes, which is approximately 50 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
