Aires de Encanto is a 3 Bedroom (one up, two down)/3.5 bath villa on a walled/gated 3/4 acre!! The breathtaking views from everywhere in the house and patios are directly out to the ocean - whales jumping and splashing, (from November through April), over a peaceful arroyo with wildlife everywhere - tons of different types of birds, rabbits, foxes, you name it.
This is a fabulous emerging neighborhood just north of downtown 2 miles. The internationally diverse neighbors give the area a special flair. The house furnishings are top notch, every room done with class - the original art will delight you! There is an outdoor cooking patio with fireplace and a custom built ping pong table. The most comfortable outdoor furnishings you will ever find, who needs more than a margarita and a good book, or an "Encanto", our house drink which is white rum, lime, splash of midori and some tropical style juice.
Todos Santos is a charming village, with fabulous restaurants, shops, and art galleries. You won't be disappointed with the swim/surf beaches nearby, then to come home to your own private pool, which is a rarity in this area. You really don't need to go anywhere, as this IS Shangri La, which literally means -- a permanently happy land, isolated from the outside world.!!
Please check with us even if calendar looks full. Remember, even through June and part of July it is lovely here, not hot like La Paz and Cabo.

The house was FANTASTIC! The town…just what we were looking for….The beaches we discovered were perfect & Heriberto & Chewie(?) were so accommodating…We had an outrageous time-could not have asked for anything better. When we get our pictures back I will e-mail you some. I must tell you also how impressed we all were with the house. It was though you came into our homes and took things so that we would be comfortable there…Thank you for all the little touches that equaled such great comfort-it was appreciated by all. Please pass that on to the keepers of the house as well!-

Linda Sue, As the six of us sit on the patio enjoying our margaritas, preparing to enjoy a Morrocan stew prepared by our friend ( the poet from Winnipeg), I have to send a note to say how much we love the house. Perfecto. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it. The paintings by Terry are great and the management and others have been more than helpful. The only thing we didn't find is the receipe for the famous Aires de Encanto cocktail. Suzanne

Dear Linda Sue and Terryl, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely holiday home with us. We have enjoyed it so much. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the peninsula by the pool with our coffee in the early morning watching the sun come up, the birds starting to call, the moon setting, the waves crashing. Just wonderful. We went to Cabo one day and took the water taxi out to Los Arcos. We went to La Paz and walked the malecon - good for bird watching. We've seen over 30 species. We loved the beach at Las Palmas and the lagoon and beach at La Poza. WE saw the fishermen ride in at Punta Lobos. We think the best margarita is at Hotel California! Great tacos at Barajas, enjoyed D'Alicia's and so on. Heri was great. Also, we have seen quite a few whales! Thank you again! Ursula and Rick

Linda Sue – You’ve corresponded with my husband and I know he’s shared with you our thoughts about your place here in Todos Santos, though I have to reach out to you personally as well. We head out tomorrow and are no more ready to leave your paradise for the craziness of New York life then ever before. We’ve been visiting Cabo every year or two for the last 15 and this trip has far surpassed all others. This home is clearly a reflection of its owners and so much more than a “beach rental”. The perfect weather, gorgeous ocean views and lovely pool were expected. However, the incredible art that fills every room, the luxurious bed linens, the fantastic pool furniture and custom bathrooms, even the potted gardenia placed outside the outdoor master bath that subtly scents the room in the morning are extraordinary and special touches. Thank you for making our week here special and more sensory. It was our pleasure to visit your beautiful home and it is not only my plan to come back – but to buy the lot on the other side of the arroyo! Lynda
