View from balcony - Cannes, France Rental 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in fantastic location, Cannes old city, only 3 minutes away from the Palais du Congress, beaches, Marche Forville, sea, harbor, bars and restaurants of the old city. There are a wonderful range of golf courses, including the renowned Cannes Mougins all within a short drive from the apartment. The sandy beaches, both public and private are within walking distance from the apartment. There is no need for a car as even the buss station is close enough to walk to and this gives access to Nice, Monaco, Northern Italy, St Raphaël etc. The ski stations of the French Alps are maximum an hour and a half away from Cannes. Linen and towels are extra to the rental price but can be hired locally from our own suppliers and local managers (single at 30 euros and doubles at 50 euros). Departure cleaning is not provided, is charged extra 50 euros. Breakages deposit 500 euros (refundable if no damage or inventary loss).
