Building 6 is not beach front, but only 100 yards back, directly behind the beach front buildings (#1 - #4). It is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. the floors are concrete and you can not hear anyone above of below you. The building sits up on a hill and hase unobstructed ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom. This unit is the best value in HdM. You have as good of views as anyone in the development but are paying a substantial discount over renting an oceanfront condo while only being less that a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Yes - less than 5 minutes to the beach club.

At over 3,400 square feet, we have 3 large bedrooms, a children’s bunk room, 4 ½ baths, pool, private beach club with Jacuzzi and an ocean that is just steps away. The condo has a spectacular ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom and comfortably sleeps eight.
Punta Mita is 40 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and is the premier resort community in all of Mexico. Private and safe, the gated residential community is surrounded by water on three sides. Just outside its gates are two small villages with shops and restaurants. There are three other small villages with more restaurants and shopping attractions situated just 10-15 minutes away.
Our tastefully decorated condo, located in Hacienda de Mita, is in the only beachfront condominium development located WITHIN the gates of Punta Mita - famous for its 5 star Four Season’s Resort. Our guests will have access to the Four Season’s golf course, tennis courts and private beach club equipped with gourmet restaurant, pool, ocean kayaks and water toys. Many owners advertise their condos as being near Punta Mita or even in the town of Punta de Mita, but only homes inside the gates of the Punta Mita Development have access to these exclusive amenities.
The location of Hacienda de Mita is ideal. It is less than a two-minute walk to the town of Punta de Mita where "restaurant row" awaits - an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving a delicious variety of cuisines in a laid-back, "tables in the sand" atmosphere.

Guests of our condo can enjoy two amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (recently voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast Travel, June 2006), featuring the famous "tail of the whale" hole (a 170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world). Guests of the Four Seasons pay $195 + tax whereas guests of our condo receive a reduced rate of $160 + tax.
