Located in a gated community with multiple parks and within walking distance to Barrett Jackson. Upgraded with 18 inch tile floors, 42 inch maple cabinets, granite slab counters, neutral two tone paint, cozy fireplace and more. On the first floor, there is a gourmet kitchen outfitted with all appliances, dishes, flatwear and utensils - overlooking the family room with 42 inch TV. There is also a formal dining room, formal living room, office with desk and futon and a powder room.
Upstairs is a large master suite with a king bed, 26 inch flat screen TV, private balcony overlooking the backyard with mountain views and a luxurious master bath with a separate tub and shower, dual vanities and a walk in closet. There is also one guest bedroom, ensuite with a queen-size bed and a 30 inch TV, another guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 30 inch TV, and a another guest bedroom with two twin beds.
All bedrooms and baths have nice bedding, plenty of extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. There is also an additional queen-size air mattress with bedding.
The backyard is complete with a Pebbletec pool and spa and a built-in BBQ - perfect for enjoying the sunny Arizona days. You also have access to the main DC Ranch Community Center with pool, spa, fitness center, basketball and tennis court. And right outside your front door is one of many community parks.
Please note that spa heat is included in the rent. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250/week. Community pools are heated.
Home also has a three car garage.
Walk to the new AJs Shopping Center -- AJs gourmet market and other restaurants. Also walk to the new Silverleaf Shopping Center where Grazie Pizza and Wine bar just opened!

We collect a 50% deposit to reserve this property. The remaining 50% plus the cleaning fee and security deposit are due 14 days prior to arrival.
