    "Magnificent" When we stayed at Sharron and Paul's villa, we were surprised on first impressions how quaint the area was. The exterior was bigger than we thought compared to the pictures we saw on the website, however once we entered the villa we were shocked at the sheer size of the place! It was completely obvious that all the rooms were decorated with perfection in mind - the whole villa was absolutely beautiful, especially the pool and living room. Words cannot express how satisfied we were, and the fact that there were three bathrooms was a unique surprise. I personally believe that there is nothing which can be said about improvement - there were practically no faults during our stay. From the spacious fridge to the excellent snooker table, it had everything we needed and more to appreciate our experience to Florida. I would definitely recommend the villa to all of my family and friends, and I would also consider to return back someday. I have had such a pleasant stay. Thanks for everything! Michael and Family

    "Outstanding!!!!!" the villa was impecable! There was everything we needed from kitchen equipment, towels,games, books etc. The villa was decorated to a very high standard throughout and had been well maintained. The location was a short distance from I4 and was in a well maintained gated community. It was lovely to drive back to from a hard day spent in the parks and sit around the pool thoroughly relaxed. The property was a short drive from a suoermarket and restaurants. Liked everything Disliked nothing. Would recommend to anyone!!!!

  • We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Orlando in the past few years - your house is a "cut above" in all respects. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and has a floor plan and scale that makes it intimate and cozy. The web pictures don't do it justice - it is even nicer "site-seen" I compliment you on your choice of Management Companies. Whenever I called them - no problems - just clarifications on the operation of the pool etc., the phone was answered first ring and whatever I needed was provided cheerfully Paul, I have spoke with you on the phone and via e-mail, as the owner of this home - in all my dealings with you I have found you to be a person of integrity, who does what he says he is going to do. The whole experience of renting this home has been positive and I hope to do so often in the future, starting with next March.

The location was great for the travel needs of our family, the subdivision is well-maintained, and your home is absolutely gorgeous and truly feels like a home away from home. From the beginning of the rental process you have been so helpful and the same can be said for your management company. The house was spotless and completely ready for our arrival. The pool was perfectly heated and very clean. Some of our best family times of the trip were spent in the home and outside enjoying the pool and spa. The decor is stunning and it's obvious that a lot of thought, expense, and pride has been put into everything. It's impossible to imagine a better vacation home out there! Thank you again!

    Hi Sharron & Paul, We had a great time and your villa is fab!! The villa looked great in the photos but was fantastic when we got there – the photos don’t do it justice!! It’s in a great location, comfortable and very clean and we didn’t want to leave. Andy has already recommended it to one of his colleagues and will be passing on your details to him next week.   • Paul thank you so much for renting your home to us during the March break. We have rented several houses in the Orlando area over the past 10 years and yours was hands down the nicest!! It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It was only minutes from the highway, which as you know can save you a heck of alot of extra driving - so close to Disney World and shopping!   • I stayed at the villa over New Year 2008. It was absolutely fantastic. The villa was absolutely spotless and the facilities were second to none. There were 8 of us in total at the villa and there was plenty of room. The location was great to get to all the attractions and nightlife. I would definitely reccommend anyone to stay at this accommodation.

    Hiya hun, What can I say? The villa was absolutley amazing and we had a great time. If you ever need any recommendations, forward them to me. I LOVE the unit that you have in the main bedroom that looks like a stack of suitcases, where is that from? I've gotta get me one!!! My Mum thoroughly enjoyed it too, none of us wanted to come home. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable, it was worth every penny and will definately stay there again
