Beautiful home near everything, walk to beach, 10-15 min to Sanibel. Very clean, nothing at all was spared in this vacation rental. Owner was very pleasant to work with, and she made certain all our needs were met before arriving. Our family will most definitely be returning here again!

Everything you could want--close to the beach--super nice place!

We hosted a big family gathering in FMB. The kids and grandkids stayed at a beach house three blocks away and this was the getaway lodging for my husband and me, my sister, and aunt. We wanted to be close to the beach house, but able to get away from the hubbub. This worked great for us. Molly's extremely helpful. Everything is in apple pie order! We all thought the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Location is great. You cut through a vacant lot kitty corner behind the house and you're on Estero. We always accessed the beach via the other house, where the kids stayed, but the public access isn't far from this house. I would stay here again in a minute! There are four bikes--two boys', two girls' models (no helmets). I took one out and tootled around the neighborhood. The beds are WONDERFUL. A lot of thought has been put into guests' comfort, including some staples in the cupboard and fridge. The yard area is not really usable other than maybe playing catch or something, and you will need to be able to do steps to get into the house. The master suite with TV and bath is separated from the guest hall, which has two bedrooms and a bath. The living room/kitchen is between the guest hall area and the master area. The little lanai is off the master. Due to some construction there isn't a gulf view anymore, but it's in a really nice quiet area of the island.

Instead, I've put my exterior work efforts into the interior of the house, making it as comfortable and equipped as possible. From the beds (thanks again!) to the kitchen trays, pitchers & pans, even the sheets are well-made 300+ thread-count, to make your dreams come true. I certainly welcome your visits in the future, we appeal to girls groups, baseball families/players, and the weather-weary from all over the world. Please come back soon! Molly

This is an extremely well kept home, clean and just a short walk to a nice beach! Lots of shells and good area to spot dolphins!!!! The trolley stops are close by which makes traveling the island fun and takes the worry out of parking:) The trolley goes from Time Square all the way to Lovers Key State park, nice! We thought it was much easier to get from the Ft Myers Int'l Airport by going through Bonita Beach and over Lovers Key bridge to this home. Thank you for everything Molly.

Our stay at this house was exceptional. Couldn't ask for more amenities.. Molly was more than helpful with info about the area. Very friendly neighborhood to ride the bikes that were provided. We cant say enough about our stay. Loved the food at Junkanoo, Beached Whale and Fish Monger. We look forward to returning. Thank you Molly

Nice House in a Great Neighborhood in a Quiet Part of Ft. Meyers Beach

The house is as described in the listing and is very well equiped. Beds are very comfortable and tile floors are easy to keep clean. It is a moderate walk to the two beach accesses. The beach area is very expansive and not at all crowded. We watched the dolphin play under the draw bridge 4 or 5 times during our two week stay. Great location, an easy bike ride to Lovers Key State Park and the 4 bikes that come with the house are a nice feature. It is also a short walk to Santini Plaza where there are 3 or 4 decent places to eat without having to drive or take the Trolly. Trolly stop is very close by if you choose to take it up to Times Square. The screened in porch is a nice place to hang out and watch the sunset. Only drawback there is that seating on the porch is a bit limited. Molly is close by and is very helpful answering questions and offering suggestions of places to go and things to do. Also her service is excellent. We had a couple of small problems on arrival and she took care of them within 24 hrs!

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, pet owners.

I can't say enough about how much we are enjoying our stay. This was our first time at Ft. Myers Beach and would come back again and again. We love the house so much. It has all the amenities of home. The location is also amazing. The beach is just across the street and Lover's Key Park which is just a short distance down the road is a place I would highly recommend. My family also loves the bikes. If you are looking for a vacation place in Ft. Myers, this is the place. A+ all the way. Thank you for making your home available.

My family and group spent 2 weeks at the Bucc house and enjoyed every minute of it. The house and property was very clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay and the location is very good. The south end of the beach is very quiet and away from the crowds. The bikes were very useful also. Molly was great to work with and very nice. Even with the rain from Debby for a week it was still a nice getaway. Thanks Molly.

Owner response: The Texas baseball group came for 2 weeks to play ball, and were rained out for several games due to Tropical Storm Debby. But they had plenty of board games and bikes for the kids to get to their buddies rentals. They took advantage of the grill and fully equipped kitchen to keep those kids full, without eating out every meal. Congrats Texas, for your team placement in the under 14 and 15 age groups. Please return to the BUCC house next year, Id love to have you!

The house it is really close to lovers key state park, which I highly recommend! The house has everything you need and also it is really clean. Molly was very sweet and helpful through out the process. A+!

A clean house and a safe & secure neighborhood were our 2 most important things about renting a house. This house far exceeded those two requirements...it was extremely clean and is in a great location...it's not as busy there on the south end of the beach, yet it's only a few miles from the north side (Times Square). Many great beaches nearby. Great beaches right across the street. We and our kids had a great time and really appreciated the fantastic house. There were lots of extras like beach chairs, a grill, bikes, etc. Molly was super to work with as well. We'll definitely be renting that house again.

Owner response: My cleaning crew will agree, I am very picky about the way the BUCC house is presented to it's guests...I want the bedding & pillows to be just right, the blinds turned open to let in the sunshine, everything perfect for their vacation. It was great to be able to walk to the beach any time...BBQ as we liked, or walk to good restaurants. It was also just a short drive to the supermarket & Marine Bistro. We would love to return next year

My family of six which included two college aged daughters all stayed here and loved it. We never felt cramped or crowded at all. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and I liked the location. The trolley was very convenient and the beach close by. Molly was very helpful and literally just a phone call away. Definitely felt like home away from home.

Thanks Molly for a wonderful home perfect for a sister's getaway! It felt comfortable the minute we walked in the door......hard to leave after a week with so much more we wanted to do! Loved the close access to the beach and the state park nearby. The bikes were fun---retro, with no gears or handbrakes. With sightseeing, beaching it, shopping, eating out---basically being tourists----we had a blast. Can't wait to return and stay a little longer. If this house had arms it would have hugged us and pulled us in. For the next month Molly's house became a hideaway from all the busy life we were looking to hide from for awhile. The house is clean, spacious and welcoming, perfectly situated to beaches, dog beach (WOW) shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is friendly and easy to navigate and both Jack and I enjoyed cooking our meals in it. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. We liked it so much we booked again next year. Molly and her family are genuine, welcoming and accommodating. We left feeling like we had made new friends.

My husband and I have rented this home for a few years now, in February, March and August and every time it was wonderful. Obviously it's usually warm in winter and, believe it or not, not too hot in the summer. There's a nice ocean breeze any time of year. Great swimming in the ocean in August, the water a little cool in the winter. We've used the heat (in winter months you can have some cool days) and the AC in August and both keep the house perfecltly comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, grocery stores. Great beach for walking and finding shells, and checking out the wildlife. You can enjoy the peace and quiet and have a tranquil, relaxing vacation, shop 'til you drop, or be adventurous and go boating, skiing, parasaliling, etc. all available nearby. The house itself is beautiful and has all the amenities. I would highly recommend this rental any time of year.

The location of this beach house was just fabulous. Everything you needed was there with easy access to all that is great in Ft. Myers such as the dog beach, Lovers Key, Barefoot Beach and it is at the southern end of the island away from the traffic and party atmosphere of the north beaches. The ability to bring our dogs was just wonderful. This beach house was exactly as described in the listing and he owner was extremely helpful by phone with tips on where to go, best restaurants, etc. This is a lovely place and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach vacation in Florida. We will be back.

Great Weekend at the BUCC House

My friends and I decided late to find a place on the beach for the weekend of July 4, 2010. I did a search on the site and found this listing. It was perfect for us because my friend had 2 dogs that needed to go on the weekend getaway with us. I contacted the owner and everything from that point on was a breeze. The rental, the planning anf the house were perfect. The owner of this house has thought of everything you might need to make this house a perfect getaway. Big enough for 7 and 2 dogs we never felt crowded. The home was well taken care of. We didnt need anything to make the weekend great except groceries. I had to laugh when I got to the house and found that the owner had even left us a note with some of her favorites on the island. This was a great experience and we will definitely visit the BUCC house again. I highly recommend for families and people wanting to getaway without any hassle.

We were in off-the-Beach House in Jan, 2011. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and is close to the beach and the trolley to the north end of the island. Personally, I found this end of the island a lot more comfortable since it is not as crowded as the north end. The best part was being able to bring my dog with me. It was a very enjoyable trip.

My family and I celebrated my gram's 90th birthday at the BUCC house. We had lots of room and found everything to be very comfortable and homey. The lanai is wonderful with the breeze blowing off the ocean and only a short walk across the street to the beach! Lots of fresh mangoes around for breakfast. We enjoyed staying there very much! Molly was very accommodating and helpful with all of my questions!!

We spent 10 days in what was forecasted to be a very rainy season. The house was awesome - all amenities included, the weather was great (some rain, nothing to worry about). With 6 adults and 2 infants it would've been a very difficult first vacation if not for the enormous help from the owner who went out of her way to accommodate us: provided a great house that fit everyone, helped with crib rentals, provided toys and games, etc. The beach was nice, though we also spent some time at the great Barefoot Beach 15 min away and took a trip to Miami Beach (2 hours). Great fishing and shell-picking, lots of BBQ and swimming - great!

The BUCC house has it all! We are repeat visitors. Celebrated mom's 75th birthday in Ft. Myers. She could have gone anywhere, cruised anywhere, had a big party or gourmet dinner -- she chose Molly's BUCC house! Mom wanted to go where she felt comfortable and Molly's was it! We did it all -- shelling, shopping, dining, touring! Best house in FMB, by far! Hope to go back again soon.

What a wonderful beach house--very nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The mattresses are super so we and our guests slept well. The lani is very comfortable. I enjoyed reading and having a glass of wine each evening. The beach is easily accessible,only a 10 minute walk. Many other beaches are nearby--Lovers Key, Barefoot, Vanderbilt and Sanibel (be sure to eat at Cheeseburger, Cheesburger on Sanibel--terrific). Bonita Beach and Naples are only a short drive. What can I say--great location no doubt about it. Oh, and if you have a dog,great neighborhood and your dog will love the doggie beach at Lover's Key. You'll also enjoy the fruit trees. We had fresh orange juice or fresh grapefruit juice several mornings. Overall, we were very pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Buccaneer house. It was well furnished and spacious enough for 6 adults plus our dog. Highlights included the dog beach (we then found out that you can take dogs to any beach in the area as long as they are on a leash which was awesome), kayaking with the manatees, and visits to Sanibel, Captiva, and Naples. The house was well located for going to the beach. We were happy to not be too close to the Times Square as we found it wasn't our thing, though it is definitely convenient to get there for those who would want to go there. Overall we had an excellent stay and Molly was extraordinarily accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at an affordable price.

This is a wonderful house, very well decorated, well kept, very clean. My family loved the location...just across the street from the beach. wonderful quiet neighborhood. This is a wonderful house with a great location. We rented this house for a girls weekend. This house had all the amenities that we ever could have asked for. We did not need to drive at all. The trolley runs from one end of the beach to the other. The house is modern and well decorated. The procedures for renting the house were a breeze. We will be back!!

Wow! This house has it all! Wake up and go into the yard and pick beautiful red ruby grapefuits, also had oranges, limes, coconuts! House is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, blenders, etc. Top quality mattresses, sheets, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs! Screened in lanai with push button shutters to close it up was the best! Walk 1/2 block and take the trolley into the fast paced area of town for $.25! You can't beat this beautiful house, it's location, and it's pet-friendly! We will definitely be back next year. Had a fabulous time!!! Thanks Molly!

Beautiful house, perfect location. Everything one could possibly need is provided. Beach across the street is the best one we went to. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people. We felt like we belonged there. Plaza 1 mile north has 8 or so nice shops and 6 or so nice restaurants - CVS across the street from it, and 7-11 for gas, etc. You don't even need to use your car if you don't want to! We loved every minute of it and plan to go again next year. Could not have been better!

This was a beautiful house to stay for the week - nice and quiet near the south end of the island but convenient to beaches and great food. The house is very comforrtable and had everyting we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Can't wait to come back!!!
