Hi Ron, Just wanted to say thanks for letting us stay at your Condo. Our family of 6 had a great time at Las Palomas and will definitely be coming back! The condo is perfect! Very well taken care of and clean. The balcony is one of my favorite parts. Always shaded so you can relax outside with a nice ocean breeze and stay out of the sun. Overall the condo is very well appointed and worthy of 5 stars!

Best Vacation Stay Ever!! Highly Recommended Condo!!! Will Rent Again No Doubt!!! This condo is awesome. It is very clean and the beds are heaven. I would highly recommend renting from these owners. The owner is very dedicated to making your stay perfect. He is easy to get in touch with and returns call and emails quickly. As for the condo itself, it is gorges and the locating is perfect. It is on the third floor and very close to the stairs or elevator. This makes getting to the pool easy. Also the condo balcony is facing against the sun so you can use the balcony unlike most other condos. You get a great view of the pools and ocean from the bedrooms and the living room. I love this condo so much; I will be recommending it to all my friends and family. I would rate the property and the service A++++++++++++++++++++. Thanks again to the owner for making our vacation heaven.

Linda and I arrived at the condo the day after your departure and had an amazing time. The sea was turquoise blue, the beach was crowded with families building sand castles and swimming in the ocean. Las Palomas build a brand new giant palapa for grilling, bar and entertainment right on the beach in front of Phase One. We rode the wave runners and the Sea of Cortez was calm and warm and was very scenic and we loved it! We had brunch at Citron and I never saw such a variety of fruit, cereals, entrees and an amazing sweet table. The place was full and the service exceptional. What a bargain for $9.99 with tax ! The big screen tvs were showing the ball games and it was just great. We can` t wait to be able to accommodate you and your family again soon. Wonderful Vacation

We stayed in Ron and Linda's condo for a week in July. What a wonderful experience! The condo was beautiful with all the amenities one could want, and it has been put together to make it feel like a real home. Condo was clean with everything in working order, plus Ron was so helpful in his explanations of our questions. You could see that he genuinely loves Mexico, the beach and his condo. The restaurant in Phase One is really good and reasonable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definetely come back to stay with you, and I'm already telling my friends about our stay so they can enjoy the same atmosphere that we got to enjoy. Fantastic Destination and Perfect Accommodations!

This is the first time we've been to Mexico and we were a bit anxious as we brought two families with us staying in two condos here at Las Palomas. This condo was FANTASTIC. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and enjoy themselves, we had a great BBQ dinner with the family, so close to the pools and beach, and fully equipped with everything we needed! Ron was fantastic and very helpful from the start and it certainly will be a place we come back to frequently! We recommend this for anyone looking for the perfect family vacation and the perfect accomodations to go with it!

Perfect Location!

There are so many things to note about Opalo 307! First: LOCATION! Several people in our party had special needs (elderly, surgery recovery, chronic illnesses) and being the first unit near the elevator that goes to the pool and beach made a huge difference for us! Also, the 3rd floor is the perfect place to be: not too high up, but high enough for an amazing view of the ocean! Finally, Opalo is situated so that residents aren't in the sun's trajectory in the afternoon heat. The balcony is always a pleasant place to be, and we rarely used the air conditioning! Second: KITCHEN! The owner has stocked the condo with almost everything you need to enjoy a week in paradise! We found that many of the units only have the standard service items (including glasses that hold very little), but Opalo 307 has large plastic insulated glasses to accommodate super-sized" drinks; a complete spice rack for all cooking needs; numerous bowls in different sizes for cooking and serving. I could go on and on about the kitchen! Third: COMMUNICATION: The owner checked in with us several times during the week to see that we had everything we needed and did troubleshooting for us when we had issues with the cable TV. Fourth: GREAT BEDS!!!! (My pet peeve!) Need I say more??? We are already planning our next trip to Opalo 307! Las Palomas itself is amazing. Beautiful beach, great security, and the chicken tacos at the pool restaurant are to die for! Things that were less workable: The layout of the Las Palomas Phase 1 pool area is less than intuitive. The ramps (accessibility) weren't obvious and didn't always go to the places I needed to go. In particular, the towel room wasn't on the same level as the pool and it was a long and painful walk to get to it, going up and down. There was also a shortage of blow-up tubes for the lazy river. It appeared that they only had three or four of the single rafts and a couple of the doubles. Finally, they closed the front desk in the Phase 1 section as well as the restaurant the week we were there, which was inconvenient. No explanations. Just closed.

Condo has beautiful decor and views. It is conveniently located close to ground level. Swimming pools were bath water warm in the middle of winter. Condo owner has anticipated guest needs with an attention to detail, and he was prompt answering our questions during our stay.

Dear Ron & Linda. We ladies from the High Country could not have asked for a more delightful vacation. The condo is beautifully appointed and certainly exceeded all of our needs and expectations. The resort is FIRST CLASS. Everything was exceptionally well maintained and managed. We enjoyed all of the restaurants, particularly Maria's and Citron, fantastic meals. No one could ask for a better view, including the fireworks boat off shore. We particularly appreciate your concern for our well being and all the amenities you provide your guests. We really enjoyed the water features and people watching. We were also really thankfull for the resort enforcing the pool closing and noise rules. That not only made our visit fun but also relaxing. Great Home on the Sonoran Beach

I highly recommend this property, especially for a young family! It has everything you need and plenty of room. My wife and I and our four children enjoyed our visit, along with my brother and sister-in-law. We had been to Puerto Penasco once before, but this condo was so much more than we expected - very spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Plus, it is in a beautiful complex right on "Sandy Beach." We hope to return many times in the future. Thanks again!

Fabulous condo!

This is a great place to stay! The condo is very large, and the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We loved the huge balcony where we enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends! The view is amazing!!! The kitchen is well stocked making cooking on vacation actually quite pleasant. (Although having room service delivered was still my favorite thing.) The kids thought having 4 TV's was quite a treat, and even with 8 people we never felt crowded in. I definatly reccomend this beautful condo to anyone considering a great place to stay in Rocky Point!
