The second bath has a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has 2 twins. The third floor has a sectional sofa with a queen pull-out bed, LCD TV, closet, gaming area, and a private bath with shower. Use the third floor as a nanny retreat, mother-in-law suite, or just a play room for the kids or as an office workstation for yourself (desk with printer/fax/copier is included).
All new luxury linens, towels, cookware, and furniture. Home is loaded with Nantucket Art and Nautical Antiques. Wireless High Speed Internet is provided. Also for your use are beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, toys and games.
The exterior includes a fenced in yard, patio with Weber gas grill, lounge chairs, table and dining chairs, and arbor with swing. Room for 1 car in driveway and 1 in common area on street.
Great Family Home. No smoking or pets please. All weekly stays start on Saturdays after 3 PM. Departure is on Saturday by 10 AM. (Note that there is 1 vehicle that is left in storage in the driveway. It will not be in your way and there is still 1 driveway parking spot).
Payment schedule will be a $500 deposit and 1/3 of rental cost upon contract. 1/3 of rental cost 90 days prior to stay. 1/3 balance 30 days prior to stay. |
