This one-bedroom Condo was re-carpeted and tiled in November 2004 and had a new shower installed in June 2009. It will sleep between two and four. It has a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a new queen-size pullout couch in the living room. In the bedroom closet, you will find a single-size AERO bed if you need it. The kitchen has all new appliances and everything you'll need, except food, to prepare a home-cooked meal.
You also have access to the new clubhouse built in 2003. It has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, racquetball court, and workout area.
The Condo is in the heart of Summit County, Colorado, approximately 75 miles from Denver on I-70. It's located about two and a half miles up a well-maintained road above the town of Silverthorne. During the ski season, you can easily drive or take the free shuttle to Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, or Copper Mountain. Vail is only 40 miles away by car. If Nordic skiing is your thing, you can find numerous trails throughout the area. If you don't do sports or are tired of exercising, then at the bottom of the hill, you'll find Siverthorne's outlet mall. Frisco's shops and Breckenridge's historic district are only minutes away.
Summer activities include biking on paved or mountain trails, hiking in the National Forests, boating on Lake Dillon, golfing, and fishing. Summit County also has a number of festivals and concerts during the summer season.
