Friday-Friday weekly rentals only during Peak Season. Occasional partial week may become available.
14.25% Tennessee Tax and $150 cleaning fee is added to
all rental rates.
Reservation is held with $500 Advanced Deposit and signed completed rental agreement only. This deposit becomes your security deposit and is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of property following your stay. Full rental amount, cleaning fee and applicable Tennessee Sales and Use tax is due 90 days prior to check in. Cancellation fee within 90 days of rental term is your $500 advanced deposit. |
