We stayed in the top bungalow and WOW what gorgeous views! The home was well stocked and very clean! Fran made herself available for whatever we needed. All furnishings were comfortable especially the Eastern King in our bedroom. We stayed 6 weeks in 2012 and also stayed 3 weeks in 2011. We love to hike and we were allowed to have our two small dogs with us.We walked everywhere within a 2mile distance We plan to return. Definitely well worth the fees charged.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The place was immaculate, the views could not be beat, and it really was like a home away from home. The location was also very convenient, and Fran was especially helpful pointing us in the right direction for local restaurants and favorite hikes.

This was our second time in this beautiful place. Amazing views from your bed, and the best landlady in the world. Fran is always at hand to answer your questions about places to go, what to do, and help you with everything you may need, and always with a smile on her face. We haven't been so confortable as there. You are near everything in Sedona and at the same time you are on a quiet spot where you only hear the birds. Great Sedona condo

We stayed at the condo last year and are planning to return. Great place - best view we have ever had. The last morning there was snow on the red rocks - amazing! Kitchen had everything, could walk to trailhead, comfortable furniture, nice decorating.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. This is by far the best VRBO property I have stayed at.The condo was really well equipped with special touches to make guests feel truly at home. The views from the balcony, hot tub and bedroom are spectacular. Better than any 5 star hotel by far!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Cielo. It is spacious enough for 2 people and we had our son sleeping on the pullout in the living room for a few days too and it was fine. The views from both rooms and balconies are wonderful. Hot tub was out of order during our stay unfortunately, but was being replaced so should be functional soon.

We had a great stay in this home in May 2010. It was nice to have the kitchen accomodations so we didn't have to eat out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The views were fantastic from all the windows in the house. The property is very clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Sedona. Unfortunately, I have to wait another year!

Jane and I had an AWESOME stay at Casa Cielo. The accommodations were more than first class and the views from every room were inspiring. The carriage house design is absolutely perfect and blends right into the red rocks that surround it. Fran Jackson is the Zen property manager and has thought of everything and more in terms of amenities. We would give this property our highest recommendation and we travel a lot. Thank you Fran for providing us a relaxing, luxurious and quiet retreat from our everyday lives. It was nice to stay in a place that exceeded our expectations!

What a difference with this place: Beautiful views, comfortable furniture, everything clean, I have allegies but didn't have any sneeze while there. A the whole place is really beautiful, decorated with taste. You have evrything you can need there, there was even laundry soap. We stayed here in January 2010. WOW WOW WOW!!! The view I mean, it can be seen from all the windows in the house. Fran, we enjoyed our stay at your guesthouse (Casa Cielo). It is luxuriously appointed, and the location is perfect for experiencing Sedona. It is within walking distance of fabulous art galleries and restaurants. Being able to catch the free shuttle nearby was a great convenience. The views of the red rocks from each window are stunning. It meant a lot that you allowed us to bring our little dog with us and you made him welcome. Your sightseeing advice was very helpful to us, both for the Sedona area and the Grand Canyon. Fran, Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We returned to Sedona, where we honeymooned, to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and our stay was lovely. Lots of windows with the best views...plus all the amenities of home (and more!) While we were close to shopping and dining, we still had the privacy and quiet we had hoped for. Your home was comfortable and you provided everything we needed to get around and have fun. We especially appreciated the Red Rock pass. As hiking was our main goal, we found ourselves right at the "Y" intersection from where all driving directions begin to get to each trailhead. We enjoyed the trails, from easy (West Fork) to difficult (Bear Mountain) and still didn't get enough. And as we had to leave our Newfoundland at home, the visits from Sundance and Cassidy helped fill our "dog void." We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay...thanks for everything!!

Casa Bella Vista was everything we hoped it would be and more. Well appointed, beautifully decorated with many extra touches. Views from all windows were magnificent. Ideally located to beautiful galleries, shops, restaurants, with easy access to Uptown Sedona, this guesthouse would meet any need. We would recomend it to one and all. October 6th thru the 11th 2008 If you are looking for a one bedroom condo in Sedona, look no further. Call Fran!! She has a delightful, tastefully decorated condo overlooking the red rocks. It is in a secluded quiet area but within walking distance, a few hundred steps away, to a shopping area which includes places to eat. It is stocked with everything you will need including all paper products, washing detergents and even bubble bath. Fran was waiting outside the condo when we arrived, greeted us with a hug, gave us a tour of her place and the key. She helped me get our laptop hooked up to her provider...we were all set for a great week. Call Fran now. You won't be disappointed.

This is a long overdue comment. We stayed in Fran's lovely apartment in April, 2008, and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location is ideal--near enough that getting around was easy, private enough to afford ample quiet and serenity. Fran was ideal to work with; a problem with the hot tub was promptly attended to. We would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed here during the 2008 Labor Day weekend for 5 nights. The guesthouse is in a great location, walking distance to several restaurants & near the trolley pickup/drop off to even more in uptown Sedona. Very close to Oak Creek Canyon & Slide Rock Park. Great views from every window & decorated with lovely, comfortable furnishings. Fran provides everything you need during your stay with a full kitchen for cooking and an outside grill as well. It looks just like the pictures. My favorite thing was waking up every morning to the sunrise over the red rocks right out the bedroom window. Thanks again Fran. We'll be back!

The guest house has great views of the red rock country. From all locations (sitting on the patio, looking out from the living room, bedroom and even the bathroom)you have fantastic scenery. Well, we have finally found our home away from home. And just a 2 hour drive! Our westie-poo Gaege did not want to leave. He was mesmerized with the views. We cannot think of a weekend treat that tops this so far, Fran. The bed was very comfortable (which is usually a problem when not in one's own bed). Robin enjoyed her nightly soakings in the jetted tub (as well as the hot tub down below). Even though it is a short stroll to some fine restaurants, we cooked in every nite. We look forward to meeting you during our next stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Bella Vista. Had plenty of room and everything was provided. We would love to go back to Sedona when it's a little cooler. Fran makes Casa Bella Vista a home away from home. There is definitely something truely magaical about this place - and we couldn't hav chose a better locatin (than both Sedona and Casa Bella Vista)to celebrate our engagement! We stayed in Fran's guest house, Casa Bella Vista, from 4/22-4/28/2008. We could not have been more pleased. The house is newly built and absolutely beautiful. The home was built so taht every window has a different view of the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, even the large window over the soaking tub in the bathroom. There were wonderful, fluffy towels, everything imaginable that one would need in the kitchen, and plenty of room for us to move around. The wireless internet connection was great and had wonderful reception. The house is in a perfect location - walking distance to Shugrue's and Javelina's restaurants, but in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Anyone staying here will be very happy with the accommodations!

Casa Bella Vista is a real "gem" in a wonderful area of Arizona. This was my first visit (Jeff's second) to this area and staying here made everything so much more enjoyable.
