April through October THE LAKE IS FULL!!! Swim in the warm six mile long lake. This is a two story, 3 bedroom home on a sloping property with over 100 feet of waterfront. We have a new 16'x16' deck overlooking the lake.
The home is in rural Upstate South Carolina, where the people are very friendly. This house is one from the end of a quiet road.
It is rare if a car drives by the home in a day. A boat ramp is located about 8 homes down. The large circular driveway has plenty of storage for a boat trailer.
Drive through the farm land and dine at the historic town square in Abbeville, a 20 minute drive. This town has many links to Confederate history. Clemson University is 40 minutes to the north. This is a premier college town near the foot of the mountains.
We are 15 minutes from Lake Hartwell.
