CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
10% of total rent price will be charged if canceled, once the condo has been booked, dates confirmed and the deposit/retainer paid.
75% refund if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
50% refund if canceled 30-59 days prior to arrival date.
There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival or once checked in. We'll be happy to credit your future stay with us, if the condo is re-rented for the canceled period.
