Magnificent 2500-square-foot house with garage, located at Rosarito Beach, Baja, Mexico. The home is decorated with Mexican tile on floors and Mexican tile in bathrooms. Beam ceilings throughout the house. Each floor is a home in itself. Artwork on walls and Mexican pottery makes this home a real show piece.
The lower level includes a large living room, wet bar, foosball table, game table with chairs, large library of books, fireplace, television, comfortable sleeper sofa, and an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed (or bed can be opened up into two twin beds). A beautiful enclosed courtyard with colorful flowers and exotic plants awaits your pleasure. The lower level has its own bathroom with shower/tub decorated with colorful tile. Access to the enclosed garage with washer/dryer is from the lower level.
The upper level is accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase accented by beautiful Mexican pottery. The upper floor includes a spacious living room, full kitchen, and large circular dining room table. Views of the ocean are seen from its large windows. A television, fireplace, two sofas, half-bathroom, one patio with a barbecue with ocean views, another patio perfect for reading overlooking the colorful courtyard. The upstairs master bedroom suite is adorned with a custom wrought iron queen-size canopy bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom.
This exclusive community has its own private beach, bar, pool, tennis court, jacuzzi and 24-hour security. Beach is perfect for boogie boarding or just relaxing. Downtown Rosarito is only minutes away, including the very large public Rosarito Beach. Restaurants and night clubs are everywhere. Go have some fun!

Our weekend at your home in Rosarito was just wonderful. We found the home to be spacious, well stocked and the beds comfortable. We made donations to the Roza Cruz as well as many birthing centers as we had replaced all our pap lights and donated a dozen. Carmen is a real gem. She was helpful showing us where things were and returned our deposit Sunday mroning. We will definitely be calling you in the future when we plan to come down again.
