  We met my husband's 3 siblings and their spouses plus 2 teenagers here for a little family reunion and this home was ideal. It is beautifully furnished with all amenities, shower outside for rinsing off sand and plenty of parking. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and the area is family friendly and quiet. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and we had plenty of room for the 10 of us, even around the dining room table.

  Lovely house with plenty of space and privacy for the 6 of us. We particularly liked the proximity to the tennis courts (we come every year with a tennis group) and the hot tub (for recovery afterwards). The house is very well appointed with a well equipped kitchen, laundry and a nice porch overlooking the pool for sitting out on. We enjoyed the original art work decorating the walls - all painted by the owner.

  Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children stayed at this vacation home and was a perfect place for us. We all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was great. Close to beach and park for children and the pool was just outside the condo. Everything we needed was at the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and plan coming back. Also this home is close to many golf courses. I give this an excellant rating.

  Our tennis team stayed here for the 3rd year in a row. Had another great time with the close beach, heated pool and close to all venues. I would certainly recommend this to larger families or groups.

  We have enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this idyllic home just a few steps from the sea. The property was perfect for two families with lots of space including 4 ensuites for privacy. The home was well fitted and lovely and clean , in fact a perfect home from home. There was a shared pool which was never busy, a BBQ and tennis courts nearby. The nearest golf course was a two minute drive away with two other courses adjacent to it and lots more nearby. Restaurants and shops were also a short drive away. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach but in a quiet location with good facilities nearby. The owners were lovely to deal with and were really helpful throughout. We hope to return in the near future

  We had a very lovely stay at this condo! Plenty of room for the family, large enough for everyone to have their own space. Very nicely decorated, efficient kitchen area with nice dishwasher (saves time!), Flat screen tv's, front load washer & dryer, 4 bedrooms + an extra living room area upstairs that has a pull out sofa! Easily sleeps 12! The condo was very clean & had a really nice feel to it. Close to the Beach! I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay on Hilton Head Island as it is certainly one of the best!

  Lyons #9 was a perfect location for our family vacation/reunion. It is a beautiful condo with all the important amenities. The pool is great for morning swims for the small children & evening swims for the adults. The beach is quiet & spacious for family walks & beach games, unlike the crowds you can get at the beaches in the south end of the island. It is close to the mall & outlet malls for days off the beach. The owners are very accommodating & easy to work with. We cannot wait to make this an annual tradition!

  Everything we could have asked for and more! It felt like home; everything was ready & perfect from the moment we arrived. Pool in the backyard! Beach only a short walk! Great golf all around! This is the place to stay, and we will be back next year! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

  Our large family gathered from across the country for a family reunion at this magnificent house ! I can say that we were MORE than pleased with the clean, updated and tastefully decorated bedooms and even more so, the wonderful living room/gathering area next to the kitchen. It was a FANTASTIC location with a private pool and hot ub just beyond! This was where we really enjoyed the ammenities as well as the tennis courts ... and OCEAN within walking distance.
