There are two fabulous restaurants which your guests should know about : 1) Bouillon Chartier : on rue Faubourg Montmartre (metro : Grands Boulevards). It is wonderful ! The atmosphere is lively and friendly. The service is superb. The food is good but not great. Price is right ! According to several guidebooks, this restaurant is very historic. The interior decor is beautiful (high ceiling, wood beams, lots of mirrors). As it was just a short walking distance from our apartment at 120 rue Montmartre, we dined there about 4 times. 2) Le Procope, rue de l'Ancienne Comedie (in the 6e arr.) NOT to miss ! We enjoyed lunch there on two occasions. Once, we were seated in the Chopin Room. This is the oldest cafe in Paris, dating from 1686. Evidently Voltaire and Bonaparte used to enjoy many cups of coffee there. The prix fixe lunch menu was fabulous (plat + entree only 18.90 E). Especially delicious is the truite meuniere bathed in butter and toasted almonds. The service is elegant and refined. The decor is luxurious and historic.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in early September and had a great time. It is very close and easy to get to form the transit lines as well as an easy walk to all the Louvre area monuments. Rue Montorgueil, just around the corner, became one of our favorite places to eat and hangout. Vladimir was very helpful and accessible throughout our stay and the room was clean and secure with very nice amenities.

The apartment is nice and in good location. The facilities are well prepared. However, if there are shampoo and shower gel provided will be perfect. My boyfriend and I have a nice and comfortable accommodation here.

We stayed at Residence Vivienne on 120 rue montmartre, everything is just like it was described. Vladimir were very helpful with all our questions. The location was great, plenty of restaurant and cafe's and two blocks from the "Sentier" metro station. A great value for your money. We will definetly rent from Vladimir in the future.
