Our Rookery Bay property is located just seven miles southeast of Naples and six miles north of Marco Island. Only two blocks away (yes walking distance) is the Prime Outlets Mall Naples with over 40 of the most important names in designer fashion, accessories and home furnishings. Speaking of shopping, a Super Walmart is just down the street and a Super Target can be found only four miles away! Shop till you drop...?

The dining room features seating for 4 and the eat-in kitchen has counter seating for three. The living room features a plush leather sleeper sofa couch and a plush leather loveseat that offers seating for five. The condo features 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size sofabed. In addition there are two blow-up twin beds available in the master bedroom walk-in closet.

Both the bedroom and living room have a TV with cable and a DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet Access. The utility room contains a stackable large washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board.

The complex has a large lake with a central water fountain. There is a walking trail around the lake as well as a community pool and tennis courts.
