Great Ocean view from this ocean front ground floor condo. You can 't get any closer to the beach. Superb sunrise views from the front porch. Your private porch is equipped with high chairs and table perfect for morning coffee, lunch, cocktails or just to look at the sunrise, beach or the pools.
The unit is upscale and is updated on a continuing basis. Fully furnished for your every need. We have new granite counter tops and sink in the kitchen. Bedrooms are equipped with new bedding and each bedroom has ceiling fan and TV.
The living room is equipped with new flat panel TV,DVD Player and stereo.There is a full size pool on each side of the condo for condo guests only.
High speed internet is available as well as wireless in this unit.
The location on Shore Drive is out of the busy stream of traffic; but is only minutes from restaurant row which has many shopping areas and restaurants.
Golf courses are within one mile.
