A lovely apartment set in a peaceful villa in higher grounds among olive trees with panoramic view of the sea and the mountains,located 3Km.away from beach,necessary car. It has parking space, ½ Basketball court, table tennis, Satellite TV and garden with outdoor dining furniture and barbecue. Guests have FREE ACCESS to a PRIVATE BEACH (from 1st June to 15th Sept.)
with one beach-umbrella,two beach-beds,water-slide,etc.
This is our favourite apartment; it enjoys a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. It has a garden on the ground floor, and each bedroom has a balcony. Furthermore there is a big terrace measuring 50 Sq M where you can sunbathe in privacy, part of the terrace has a roof where you can enjoy a meal in the shade. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a chimney, and arch leading you through a country style kitchen. Both rooms have access to a private garden with table and chairs with gazebo and barbecue. A marble staircase goes from the living room to the three bedrooms: two doubles and one single all with fantastic views. The bathroom has a bath with a showerhose, bidet, wc and sink.
The apartment is only a few kilometers away from various interesting and amazing places.
Chiavari is an old town with a long arched shopping centre (2km) with many boutiques and delicatessens. An antique market is held every second weekend of the month. Chiavari is also famous for its local production of straw chairs and a very clean sea, it enjoys a Blue Flag for clean waters since 1987.
Portofino is the pearl of the Mediterranean.
Camogli is a fishing village with narrow streets and houses built incredibly close together over the hill.
Sestri Levante has the beautiful Baia del Silenzio and Baia delle Favole, named after Hans Christian Andersen, who lived in Sestri for a while and enjoyed its beauty.
Le Cinque Terre is A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Genova, has been described as “la superba”, (the beautiful), with many palaces, museums, and shops and home to famous travelers. It now has a fantastic aquarium in the harbor, with huge tanks that form virtual walls of water where visitors can see sharks, dolphins, seals and mach more.
From our apartment in just in 1h or 1h.30m you can reach other world-renowned places such us: Pisa,Lucca,Parma,Florence,Montecarlo,Pavia and Milano.
