*I am hesitant to share our discovery of your wonderful apt for fear it will not be available next time around. Located in SoHo near Chinatown and the Village, we were able to walk to our favorite local spots without having to worry about cab fare or the subway. With a full kitchen, huge flat screen TV, and a convenient balcony, your apartment truly is a home away from home. More spacious than most apartments in the city, it was clean, comfortable and surprisingly affordable. The apt is without question a rare find and hopefully we'll have the chance to stay again soon.
*We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the location. We walked to Balthazar and numerous other restaurants in the area, as well as to the Brooklyn Bridge and Ground Zero. With two subway stops within three blocks we were able to get uptown a lot faster than by cab as well. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well supplied and secure. Twice as big as a hotel room at less than half the price! We recommend your place and would stay again.
*We spent a wonderful couple of weeks staying in Josh’s Eldridge Street apartment in November/December 2007. A very comfortable and secure apartment with everything you could need, with none of the usual clutter of sublets. An excellent, accessible position in a vibrant neighbourhood. We would certainly consider a return visit.
*It is fabulous! Always clean and one feels like is staying at someone house not at a 'hotel.' It is located right in the middle of the action and whitin walking distance of SOHO, LES, Alphabet City. Close to many restaurants, clubs and pubs in the Lower East Side, and steps from vintage shops everyone adores. Plus, it has Internet access... you know us, the Internet addicts cannot live without the net :)

I stayed in this apt this past week end with temps 100+. The AC worked perfectly. The apt was clean. The bed and roll out sofa were very comfortable. The Internet connections worked. The location was convenient to restaurants, clubs. We needed proximity to Williamsburg and simply walked over the bridge which was a few blocks east on Delancy. It felt like a very safe neighborhood, lots of people around at all hours. I would not hesitate stay there again.

In the best part of the city. Quiet but close to all the nice cafés, bars, restaurants and shops in East village, Lower east side, Soho and just a walk across the bridge to Williamburg, Brooklyn. The apt is clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend this apt to anyone. But I hope it´s not booked when i go back to NYC, next time.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the Lower East Side. It is very spacious and clean. Even though you are close to Delancy street, it is actually very quiet. We had sunshine for four days and it was great to be able to open up the doors and stand at the balcony. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend The Meatball Shop off Stanton! It's an easy walk to the East Village, Chinatown and Little Italy. I would stay there again.

The location is near China town. The street is clean and is somewhat quiet. The apartment is fully furnished and the appliances are new. The owner's sister who helped her brother to manage the property is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
