Hiking and biking trails are accessible from the property, just a short stroll down the street. “Jazz” is just off Pioneer trail, so whether you’re going skiing, to the lake, or to the Casinos you will be centrally located.
Proximity to Skiing
“Jazz” is ideally located for access to South Lake Tahoe’s three major ski resorts. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a short 8 minute drive (3 miles) from the house, while Sierra at Tahoe is only 25 minutes and Kirkwood is 40 minutes.
Proximity to Casinos & Stateline
Stateline and the Casinos are only 4.5 miles away, going out for dinner to one of South Tahoe’s many restaurants or to the Casinos for a night at the blackjack table is very convenient.
