Nice house, near South Lake Tahoe, fun playing pool, kitchen worked good, and it was clean. Only problems were the ceiling duct in the master bedroom rattled keeping us awake, and the door in the master bedroom sticks.
Owner response:Hi Sheryl - we're very glad you enjoyed your stay and we'll have the maintenance crew look at the items you mentioned. Thanks!

We just got back and all I can think about is how great our rental property was. The representative came by to ensure we had everything we needed, ensure the home was welcoming, and answered any questions we had. The home feels secluded in a sense that when we were in the hot tub, it seemed like we were the only ones around! The upstairs is as spacious as it looks; the pool table was in great condition; although it was too cold to enjoy the upper level deck with the pit - we are hopeful that we will come back in a few years, maybe in the summer to re-visit the same property! We spent this recent stay in Tahoe with another couple, but the home can easily accommodate a family atmosphere. Great local restaurants nearby, grocery store, casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort. We will definitely recommend this rental to any one!
Owner response:Thanks Tala - we're really glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back in the near future! Best regards, -Michael

I rented the “Tahoe Jazz” cabin over New Year’s weekend, which is something I do every year in Tahoe. This was by far the most spacious and beautifully decorated cabin we have stayed in thus far with amazing amenities. Everything was extremely clean, neat and in great working condition. The staff and property manager were extremely helpful during the booking process, as well as during our stay. Another plus was that the check-in and check-out was so simple and convenient. Our group consisted of all adults, but this cabin would also be great for a family vacation too. One of the couples that was in our group is actually renting it for a family vacation next month!
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed your stay Kristiina, we'll be glad to have you back again! -Michael

We can't wait to go back. The house was even better than the pictures...It was clean and well maintained. A great layout for a family and a golden retriever... We were so comfortable that at night we were all happy just to stay in and cook in the great kitchen and play pool/hot tub or watch movies together with our three teenage boys...talk about a way to connect with your kids.

We arrived mid-day at the house so we had a chance to review access to it and the surrounding neighborhood in the light of day. The house is relatively new and located in a quiet residential area about 4 miles south of the stateline casinos. It is bordered on the rear by a reservoir. Although the neighborhood was not seedy or anything like that, some of the surrounding properties were very "weathered" and the neighbors were a bit "rough around the edges". We had no problems or concerns however. The house was very clean and it is nicely spacious with a wonderful great room/kitchen area. It is the area where people congregate and it never seemed crowded or cramped. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We cooked many meals including using the barbeque on the rear deck. The bathrooms (2 1/2) were very good with plenty of towels. The bedding, including linens were top-notch. The bed in the master bedroom was EXCELLENT, which was great after a hard day of skiing. We took advantage of the hot tub on the lower deck as well. It was easy to operate and worked perfectly. The two car garage allowed for easy luggage and ski storage. The TV was just ok. There was just basic cable, so if you are holed-up at night and want to channel surf, too bad. One major drawback, which is an unfortunate consequence of our new techonology based society, is there is no internet. This should be a unbiquitous amenity. Using the internet to check ski/road conditions, flight information, restaurant information is something that we rely upon. We would definately stay in this house again (as it is decided: Tahoe area is the BEST all around area for skiing, site seeing and gambling), but the lack of wireless internet is a stumbling point. The location of the house is just ok, you can't really walk anywhere, so a car is essential.

Eight of us stayed here very comfortably over two nights. Tons of room, great kitchen, and a hot tub. Only a seven-minute drive to Heavenly, too! We hope to stay here again in the future.

My family recently stayed at this property for a few days and we all enjoyed it. It easily accommodates 8-10 people. It is near many of the attractions of Lake Tahoe, which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out procedure very easy. We look forward to spending more time at "Tahoe Jazz" soon.
