Accommodations include 3 bedroom, 2 bath, den, and pool. This beautiful home is fully air conditioned and has a three car garage, covered lanai for al-fresco dining, with table and chairs and loungers. The screened solar heated pool is 30’ x 14.
The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed, tv, en-suite with tub and shower/water closet. Second bedroom has a Full size bed. The third bedroom has two single/twin beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by a second bathroom and an interconnecting door to the pool area enabling easy access from the poolside to the shower.
Lounge with TV/DVD. Separate formal dining and breakfast areas surround and compliment a fully equipped kitchen with extensive crockery/utensils, with dishwasher/range/microwave/fridge freezer with ice maker. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. All towels and linens provided.
