This is a top floor corner unit with wrap-around lanai with easy elevator access. Quiet, secluded, and spacious, the condo is wrapped in greenery. The comfortable living area is surrounded with spectacular views of the lake and golf course: you are literally hanging over the lake. Have your romantic meals, sip wine, and watch the sun set from the lanai. Watch the egrets, ibis, osprey and herons perch in the trees a few feet from you. Bass are rising and turtles sunning in the lake beneath you. This newly decorated luxurious condo is fully furnished and equipped to be your home away from home and meet your every vacation desire. The layout provides wonderful privacy, with each bedroom and bathroom tucked into its own wing, separated from the common living area but with access to the lanai through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders.

Why the Owner Chose Wild Pines
I viewed literally hundreds of condos in SW Florida, and several in Wild Pines, when I was searching for the "best" vacation rental opportunity. As soon as I walked in the door of my unit, I knew this was it. My condo is the only one with an open southwest vista overhanging the lake and framed by the pine trees. The top floor corner location with high ceilings and wrap-around lanai provide opportunities to view wildlife and enjoy the open green space to the west unlike any other condo in Wild Pines. Added to that are the many free amenities that come with being a resident or guest in Bonita Bay, such as the free canoes and kayaks at Spring Creek, the fishing pier at Estero Bay Park, the boardwalks and fishing access points in Riverwalk Park along the Imperial River, the private beach park with free shuttle service, plus the many recreational opportunites including lawn bowling, basketball, tennis, and the Wild Pines pool. You can also explore the entirety of the four square miles of Bonita Bay via the 11 miles of hiking and biking trails. All of this is withing the confines of Bonita Bay and is for the private enjoyment of guests and residents.

I am a retired environmental consultant and I personally respond to all inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure that my guests enjoy their vacation at my condo to the fullest. When I first walked into my Wild Pines condo, after an exhaustive search for the "perfect" vacation rental, I knew this was it. We live north of Chicago and we always enjoy the couple of times a year we can sneak down to Bonita Bay when the condo is not booked, which does not happen often enough. We always strive to make some upgrades every year and our many repeat guests are a testament to the quality of the experience we provide.

This was our third stay at this gorgeous condo. The lanai has an incredible third-floor view - we enjoyed seeing turtles, rabbits, a variety of birds, and a small alligator on the lake closest to the unit. The golf course is exceptionally maintained, with two small lakes in view from the lanai. Bonita Bay is one of the most gorgeously landscaped developments we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Having spent 10 days in a hectic, tourist pace in Palm Coast and Ft. Pierce, we decided we would spend our week at Wild Pines simply relaxing and enjoying Bonita Bay. And, we pretty much did exactly that and could not have had a more wonderful time. We ventured out for a delicious seafood lunch at the Fish House and visited Coconut Point Mall, which is absolutely huge! We highly recommend this condo for its amazing view and location in Bonita Bay. We definitely plan to return.

We have been coming to the Bonita Springs area for approx. 18 years off and on. We LOVE southwest florida! This is our first time renting as we have family in the area and normally stay with them. Walt's condo is great! It is on the 3rd floor and has a wrap around lanai with a great view of the golf course and the lake below. The entire area of Bonita Bay is lush and full of wildlife and an occasional alligator. There is an excellent pool and an 11 mile walking or biking trail and bikes are provided. We came down in mid November and the weather was perfect! Low to mid 80's and no clouds to be seen. We always take a trip to Captiva Island to search for shells and it is very quiet there. We have many eateries we enjoy when visiting including: Bonefish Grille, Rib City, Doc's Beach house, Pinchers Crab Shack, Rodes Restaurant and we heard that Randy's Fish market is excellent! The seafood is so fresh here and lots and lots of Grouper!! The condo is fully equipped. They have pretty much thought of everything you will need. Just bring swimsuits and have a great relaxing vacation!!

My sister and I spent the first week of May 2010 at Bonita Bay #303 and were thrilled with the condo, the grounds and the friendly people !! There is so much to do; bike, tennis, golf, walks on beautiful paths, swim or if you just want to sit around the pool it is a hop, skip and a jump from the front door ! We also spent time at the private beach available to Bonita Bay owners and guests, it is WONDERFUL !! We were so comfortatble in the condo and felt right at home. The canoe outing was the highlight of the week, so peaceful and beautiful ! I plan to make Bonita Bay an annual get away !! Prepare to be amazed !!

We (family of 4 inc 2 teenagers)have just returned from one weeks vacation at the above Condo, which was top quality and provided comprehensive recreational facilities to satisfy all. The Condo is ideally located overlooking a lake and golf course and within a beautiful gated park area, within easy reach of excellent beaches, restaurants and shopping malls. The owner has put a lot of thought into providing for his guests and ensuring a very relaxing and memorable stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute, I highly recommend this Condo and the surrounding area, brilliant!
