This is a top floor corner unit with wrap-around lanai with easy elevator access. Quiet, secluded, and spacious, the condo is wrapped in greenery. The comfortable living area is surrounded with spectacular views of the lake and golf course: you are literally hanging over the lake. Have your romantic meals, sip wine, and watch the sun set from the lanai. Watch the egrets, ibis, osprey and herons perch in the trees a few feet from you. Bass are rising and turtles sunning in the lake beneath you. This newly decorated luxurious condo is fully furnished and equipped to be your home away from home and meet your every vacation desire. The layout provides wonderful privacy, with each bedroom and bathroom tucked into its own wing, separated from the common living area but with access to the lanai through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders.
Wireless high speed internet provided. Four bikes, saltwater and freshwater fishing gear, picnic gear, games, large library of books and CD's, cable TV and DVD's in both bedrooms and in living room, all provided with condo. Social membership privileges to Marina Club, including private dining at Backwater Jacks, available for small transfer fee.
