This beautiful Oregon beach front condo overlooks a long sandy beach, perfect for miles of walking. Sitting on the third story, you have a perfect and unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean where you can witness its marvelous sunsets. Property is located in the heart of Lincoln City sitting next to the "D" river.
You are minutes away from wonderful shops, great dining and easy access to the Chinook Winds Casino. The unit is very quiet and perfect for a romantic or relaxing vacation at any time of the year.
Please note this unit does not have a oven, only a four burner cook top.There is no dishwasher either.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Nightly rate $85- 105. Minimum two night stay.Fifty dollar cleaning charge for
each stay. City and State tax is ten and half percent on the above amounts.
Our rate is the same for hollidays and weekends.
Long term rentals and lease are welcomed. No tax on long term and monthly rentals.
Weekly $600-700 plus cleening fee and tax.
Monthly 1250-1650 plus one time cleaning charge but no tax.
Winter Oct.15- March. $115 per night for two guests including tax and cleaning fee
minimum two nights slightly more for additional guests. Jan.2012 $1000 total.

Year Purchased: 2007
Allison is a native Oregonian (a rare thing) and I have lived in Oregon and Portland area most of my life. We are retired educators.
This is the only vacation rental we own and we manage it ourselves. You will receive personal service from the owners. Your check and or credit card is welcome. Cash works as well if you prefer that. You will have a great place at an affordable price for your stay. Our nightly rates stay the same during Spring break and Holidays unlike most places in town.
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City
It is the shortest distance to the beach from our home in Portland area. The drive is easy either via Oregon wine country (Hwy 99) or via I-5 to Salem and then on Hwy 22 to the coast.Easy access to I-205 from the Portland Airport which by passes Portland and puts you back on I-5 going South.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
condo is centrally located to access all what Lincoln City has to offer. The beach access is very easy. The flat sandy beach is easy to walk on and for the children to play safely

We had a great stay in your condo. It was sparkling clean, and the window washers cleaned the windows as we sat there drinking coffee and looking at the waves. Since we still have the old style TV's, we loved watching the flat screen TV. Thanks for the good rate. Kirk and Karen, Kirkland, WA.

The view is so stunning. We loved walking on the beach and watching people fly kites outside our window. We also loved everything Lincoln City had to offer. Made us feel like at home. Also, the beds are very comfortable. Dominique and Amy.Spokane, WA.

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy in this condo. The view was amazing and it helped that there was plenty of sun when we came to visit. :) There were plenty of towels and room for your luggage. The TVs were nice flat screens and it was so nice to have the second bedroom with it's own bathroom. This condo worked great for our family of 4. I loved being able to have a kitchenette to be able to prepare meals and have dishes pots/pans ready to use. We took use of the Sea Gypsy pool, nice to be able to take a warm swim in the evening with the kids. The only downside I could find was that the pool room smelled slightly of urine -- I guess that would be something to take up with the maintenance crew, not Deash and Allison. I think the price was well worth the stay at this nice little condo, feet from the beach! Thanks again!!!

We are back in Montana enjoying the mountains but missing the ocean. We did enjoy or stay very much. The condo was very clean and comfortable-a real bargain. Hopefully we will be back. Barb, Red Lodge, MT.
