“Tahoe Dream” is located in the Sierra Tract neighborhood. This neighborhood is conveniently located in town, but with close proximity to a large meadow. Hiking and biking trails are accessible from the property, just a short stroll down the street. “Tahoe Dream” is just off Highway 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd), so whether you’re going skiing, to the lake, or to the Casinos you will be centrally located.
Proximity to Skiing
“Tahoe Dream” is ideally located for access to South Lake Tahoe’s three major ski resorts. Heavenly Mountain Resort is a short 9 minute drive (3 miles) from the house, while Sierra at Tahoe is only 25 minutes and Kirkwood is 40 minutes.
Proximity to Casinos & State line
State line and the Casinos are only 4.5 miles away, going out for dinner to one of South Tahoe’s many restaurants or to the Casinos for a night at the blackjack table is very convenient.

We went to this beautiful home the weekend of 1/27/2012 to celebrate our mother’s 83r’d birthday. The kitchen/family room area was large enough to provide a space where the whole family could celebrate in comfort. The pool table gave us tons of entertainment when we weren’t enjoying the Tahoe attractions. We would recommend this cabin to any family.

We went for girl's weekend and had a GREAT time. The house is beautiful and in a convenient location - about a 5 min drive to the casinos and Heavenly and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Had no problems whatsoever with anything in the house, just a suggestion to get another chair and/or couch in the living room because if you have more than 4 people, someone is sitting/laying on the floor if you're watching a movie. Other than that, it was PERFECT and I want to say thank you to Michael and Caleb for making the reservation process effortless - thank you SO much!!!!! We can't wait to come back again!

Beats staying at a hotel

we found the house very accomdating. Nice layout and well equipped. However, for us coffee lovers finding a coffee maker but zero filters was a bummer. The hubby had to run out to the store to buy a 3.00 pack of 200 in the morning. Notes in bathrooms asked ladies not to use towells to remove makeup. But no tissue to be found in the house anywhere. Luckily I brought cotton balls. But word of warning, clearly stated if towells are stained, you could lose part of deposit. So, pack your own coffee filters and either your own towells or cotton balls. Also, there is a washer and dryer but no detergent. I realize they can't provide everything, but feel it should be noted somewhere to help make your stay hassle free.

My family and I had a wonderfult time at this property. It is has a nice layout with the kitchen overlooking into the family room. The gas fireplace was a delight and the backyard was great. There was about five feet of snow in the backyard that we played in and had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your Lake Tahoe home with us! Great space for the kids to play downstairs while parents hang out upstairs. Thanks for having the martini glasses available for our cocktail hour.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. We mixed two families each of us having 15 year old sons; the 3 bedrooms were perfect for the 6 of us. The home was well appointed and both families loved the pool table. The home is located about 5 min from Heavenly and it was perfect for shopping too. My only suggestion would be to add more serving plates and dishes for family style dinners. Also a few more of the standard pots and cooking utensils, just a little shy if you like to cook at home. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The house is vey clean and spacious. Shower water has high pressure. Heater is strong. Hot water comes with virtually no delay. Sapcious garage as well. Bathroom and kitchen have everything you need and are in great condition. If you bring your kids like I did, they will like the toys and snow on the balcony. The location of this house is nice too. Quiet neighborhood gives you a nice rest at night yet not far from the main attractions of the Lake Tahoe. Close to everything. The Chinese restaurant around the corner has nice food at great price. Taking out a lot food from it and brining it back to eat at the spacious dinning table is I strongly suggest activity. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

my fimily and i had a great weekend, we came with the plan to dine out, but after seeing the property we decided to stay, cook and eat at home. the only thing was, stock TP in bathrooms, 2 rolls not enough for 5 adults and 4 kids, hehe, not a big deal, but other than that it was just lovely we had a great time and will be looking forward to do it again in the summer

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful new South Lake Tahoe home had a blast and the place was well maintained and decorated. The kitchen is huge and has all the things you need including the small appliances like coffee maker, pots, pans etc. The only complaint is the very unstable internet access, could only get it to work 2 to 3 hours a day, and the bunk bed was kind of unsafe with lose and missing bolts, nuts etc. Othewise, a good value stay and we definitely enjoyed the convenience factor!
