Located just a short 45 minute drive from Orlando and Disney area attractions, we offer 1 bedroom Beach Cottages and 2 & 3 bedroom Apartments in 2 great locations in lovely Cocoa Beach.

Just 50 steps to the public beach access at the north end of the beach, our 1 bedroom Beach Cottages are great for couples. Featuring all white tile throughout they have a living room with full kitchen, seperate bedroom with queen bed. The bathroom is small and has a shower stall but no bathtub. Set in gardens there is a BBQ area.

Located at the south end of Cocoa Beach in a quiet, residential area you will find our 2 & 3 bedroom Villa apartments. At this location we have a heated pool and BBQ facilities and we are just a short walk across the road to the beach.

All units are tastefully fully furnished & equipped in light, bright Florida-style. Individually air-conditioned apartments are perfect for a family vacation and can sleep 4-6. Featuring living room/dining room and full kitchen all dishes, pots/pans, towels and linens are provided. 3 bedroom units are larger and have 2 bathrooms and their own washer/dryer in the unit. Our 2 bedroom units have easy access to our on-site laundry facilities. Main bedroom has queen-size bed and second TV. The second bedroom usually has two twin beds or we can substitute another queen/king bed. In 2 bedroom units, there is also a pull-out sleep sofa.

World-famous for our 72 miles of soft,white sandy beaches, you can enjoy, surfing, windsurfing, jet-ski, boating, and deep-sea fishing. Home to 27 Championship golf courses, ask us about our golf packages. Of course don't miss a visit to KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, just 15 minutes from your door.If you fancy a cruise to the Bahamas or just a night out on a Casino ship, Port Canaveral is home to the world's best.
