On the banks of the Susquehanna River in Hellam Township, Pennsylvania, sits a 100 year old cottage on three acres with 380 feet of private river-front. Old fashion charm with modern amenities and a very well equipped kitchen. Unobstructed views of the river are yours from sunrise to sunset.
This stretch of river is a quiet one. Passing by are kayakers, canoers, pontoon boats and an occasional fishing boat. It is a shallow portion which discourages jet skies and water skiing, but wonderful for small boats, swimming and fishing.
Nature is all around to enjoy. Birding is as easy as sitting on the porch with a pair of binoculars and viewing Great Blue Heron, Bald Eagles, Geese, Baltimore Orioles. At night the calls from Great Horned Owls fill the air. Grab your rod and stroll along the shore. Bass and Walleyes are just a cast away.
Or just enjoy your time on our chaises watching the river flow by. And as deep into nature as all this is, the historic cities of York and Lancaster are approximately 20 minutes away. One mile down the road is the four star restaurant, The Accomac, overlooking the Susquehanna River. Winter or summer, this cottage is a wonderful escape. We are just minutes off Route 30. So close yet you feel far, far away.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$1200 per week. Nov. 1 - April 1. $175.00 per night 3 Night Minimum
$1575 per week. April 1 - October 31 $225.00 per night 3 Night Minimum
10% security deposit. Includes 2 hours of cleaning. Any additional
cleaning required to return property as delivered, will be taken out of sec. dep.
Deposit returned within 30 days of departure.
