This Luxury Colina Condo is within the property of the Los Suenos Marriott Golf and Marina Resort. On the central Pacific, just 1 hours from the airport at San Jose, and five minutes from Jaco. Jaco is loaded with shop, cafes, and great dinning, and great surfing.
This part of Costa Rica has world-class Sport Fishing, and we have charters set up waiting for you. Nestled in the exotic rainforest, with ocean views is the 18-hole par 72-championship course by Ted Robinson. There are tours to every part of Costa Rica from your door step. Most within just a hour, like Manuel Antionio Park. Use Los Suenos as your base of operations when touring the country.
If you just want to lay around, there are three pools to choose from. The Beach Club offers food and drinks for you convenience from the HOOK-UP Marina Bar, or you can order room-service from the Marriott across the street (2630-1000), and it will be delivered by golf cart to your penthouse. All in all you just can't beat it anywhere. Check the Internet and compare.

The condominium is lovely with lots of homey touches and decor with a great view out to the sea. There is a beautiful pool right out the door perfect for moonlight swims. There are several other pools throughout the property with beautiful settinga and even some baby waterfalls. The pool is jungle river style at the Marriott. The hotel adjoins a very calm and gentle beach. perfect for little kiddos to build sand castles. The hotel has great dining and room service. The golf course is never busy. The development, Los Suenos is top notch and meticulously cared for with excellent and polite 24 hour security. It felt like our own private estate I believe the marina is the biggest in Costa Rica and has a a fun Boat bar. You can charter to go to great fishing. Everyone caught something including some Sails and Dorado for dinner. No one wanted to leave at the end of the week. It felt more like we were leaving home, than going home ! The Millers will be back.!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Wonderful vacation. Renting from Karl was the PERFECT choice. The property is gorgeous. The condo is equipped with everything you need & more; is clean, very well maintained - the view is wonderful. From the large patio you are looking out on the golf course & the mountains...beautiful. It is on the walk-in level; covered area for your car. It HAS A RESORT atmosphere (not a big condo high-rise)...a true resort feel with... pools, gym, outside eating areas...it has it all. Secure area - gate to get into the resort & into the condo complex..very safe. Shopping nearby (with USA & local products). Karl - was helpful from the very first VRBO request. Since Karl had lived here for years - he went above & beyond to be helpful. He provided suggestions on local eating places, tour options that would save us money, provided us with local contacts should we run into a challenge, met us upon our arrival & showed us the key places within the resort & the general area. This condo gave us easy access to everything - fishing, butterfly farm, 2-3 national parks, bird tour, crocodile tour, local restaurants, fine dining, 3-4 canopy/zip line tours, horseback riding, volunteer options, crocodile farm, ATV, etc. Your within 5 minutes of Jaco (Karl has a home in Jaco, too & has great recommendations for local eating/activities) - so you get the "city" activities....but have the safety & resort atmosphere. Several church services in Jaco throughout the week. It is easy to get everywhere from here. Renting from Karl is a smart choice. The condo is large & convenient. Karl is a nice man. He knows the area. You can trust him & what he tells you. He called us while we were here to make sure we had everything we needed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
