  The view from this unit is the most spectacular I have ever seen. I have stayed in this area before but not in this unit and it was indeed a breathtaking view! Despite a rainy trip it was fantastic to look out over the ocean and hear the rolling waves.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  This was the best condo I've ever stayed at by far! I can not tell you how much I loved the view from this condo! When sleeping at night in the master bedroom or living room you can hear the waves crashing below as if your right on the beach! I got the best sleep I've had in a long time while staying here! There were plenty of towels and pillows plus the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Very private with a nice pool and the beachside umbrella services was awesome! It's literally steps down the the beach! If you stay here you will not be sorry! Also try out the kayaks! It was loads of fun!

  My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The view was AMAZING and the condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. We also loved how private and quiet this unit was since there were only two units on the whole floor. When renting you deal directly with the owner, who was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also recommended places to eat at and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

  The pictures of this unit do NOT do it justice! It is definately top of the line and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed! Great access to the beach and pool! Great location for day trips to Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Panama City! Kitchen is well stocked and dishes matched and are not chipped up! Granite counters are beautiful! Unit is spacious and our family of 3 had plenty of room to relax! Unit is very private and view from the balcony is perfect! 30A area is wonderful. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance! Bignets from Flip Flops were amazing! Dinner at Cafe 30-A was one of the best (and they have a special - buy one entree get one free between 5-6! Or use Restaurant.com for reduced gift certificate!) The best feature of this unit was the wonderful communication with the owner! Suzanne is so easy to work with and so professional! There were no surprises! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! We will definately stay with you when we come back to the area!

  Everything was just how we hoped it would be. The kitchen was extemely well supplied with every utensil possible. Very comfortable den furniture and very clen. Master bedroom and bath were perfect.The twin beds were alittle firm according to our guests. Feather beds or foam topper would be a nice addition for those who don't like such firm beds. The upper floor view was beautiful and very private floor with only one other unit.

  We couldn't be more pleased, or feel more lucky for running across this listing on VRBO. In a lot of cases, we've stayed at places that looked great on the web, but was a disappointment once you get there. In this case the opposite is true. From the beachside location, to the bathrooms, to the granite countertops, to the wrap around balcony, this place is just awesome. The living areas, especially the living room, feel big and roomy and the way the curtains open up, it makes you feel as though you're outside on the beach, even when just lounging on the sofa watching the tube. Oh and the other thing about this unit in particular is the owner - she was so nice and responsive and so willing to answer our questions and help us plan our stay. We will be back!

  What a delightful place. Very well maintained. Beautiful view. VERY quiet. The beach was lovely - no worries about oil on the sand.
