WINTERTIME: The perfect condo for a family vacation. Located directly across the street from the Warm Springs Lodge and the Challenger Chair (base to summit) lift. With onsite garage parking, you won't have to worry about parking. If you have a little chill on the mountain, don't worry, the condo is literally 67 steps to the lift and lodge. Relax at the end of your day of outdoor play in the heated pool or hot tub that look up at Mt. Baldy. Located less than five minutes from downtown in the Warm Springs neighborhood, the building is on the free bus line that stops every 15 minutes. Come play in this winter wonderland with fast and fun downhill skiing, over 150 km nearby of groomed cross country trails, limitless snowshoeing in the rugged Idaho mountains, and of course ice skating at the famous Sun Valley outdoor ice rink and lodge. Top your vacation off with a romantic dinner at one of Ketchum's many delicious restaurants that have been featured on Rachel Ray's Tasty Travels.
SUMMERTIME: The snow has melted and the opportunities abound. Welcome to the outdoor enthusiasts' playground. With over 50 day hikes located within a two hour radius it would take years to complete them all. Feel like a longer backpacking trip? Use the condo as a home base and go explore "your own private Idaho." Mountain biking is a must in this rugged country of the Sawtooth, Boulder, Pioneer and White Cloud mountains. Fly fishing abounds on local area creeks and rivers or test your skill on the famed Silver Creek, Lost River or Salmon Rivers. White water rafting is located 1.5 hours north in Stanley. Golfing is a must during your visit with three area courses to admire the beauty of the valley. Feel like a lay day? Catch a tan by the pool or if you want a little more rustic atmosphere, the closest river side hot springs are only 8 miles away with many more a short drive away. What a great condo. Perfect for my wife and I to come over and ski for the long weekend. Underground parking makes the travel in and out easy. Walk across the to the lodge and lifts maximizes the time on the slopes. And the condo itself is perfect for us, affordable and big enough for our stuff and friends. Perfect for four to come skiing. Thanks Kenyon for the easy stay.

Wow, What a condo! When they said across the street to the lifts they were right. It was so nice to be able to walk right across the street and go skiing. Then we had after ski drinks and walked back across the street to our private little condo. It as cozy and warm and perfect for our family of four. Thank you Kellogg's for making our winter break special.
