Fully furnished Park City Condo with outdoor swimming pool, community hot tubs, and Clubhouse! Newly furnished and decorated unit. New California king size bed, full master bath and walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Second bedroom has new oversized bunk bed, and full bath across the hall.
The living room has gas fireplace, big screen TV, satelite/cable, pull out double in the couch. Covered patio off the living room. enjoy the eat in kitchen with bar, semi formal dining set that also sets six. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, linins, coffee maker, etc.
Elevator and secure entry. Underground heated parking assigned for one vehicle. Extra unassigned covered parking available in building A parking lot. Everything you need for an enjoyable Park City vacation. Walk to the Factory outlet stores. Great restruants, shopping, movie theatre, Summit county recreation center, grocery stores, only a 1/4 mile away at Kimball Junction.
Less that five minutes from the Gorgoza sledding area (Owned by the Park City Mountain Resort), and the 2002 Winter Olymic Sport Park (Ski Jumps, Bobsled and Luge track, Zip Line, & Ski Museum). Only ten minutes to the Canyons Ski Resort, fifteen minutes to the PC Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Old Town Park City. Fifteen minutes to the Jordanelle Reservior (fishing, boating, water skiing). Several public golf Courses nearby. The condo is on the bus line, and close to shopping and restrurants in Kimball Junction!

Great Location, owner needs to address a few issues
We had a 4 day Sister/Mom retreat in July. The owner was great to work with pre-stay. She called me with the location of the key box as arranged. The condo was very clean, beds very comfortable. You can walk to the Park City Outlets and there is a great walking path for long walks. The kitchen has all the supplies you need for fixing meals. Be warned there is NO air conditioning in this unit. On a hot July days, this condo gets warm even in Park City. We arrived late in the evening and the unit was very warm and stuffy. We tried to turn on the air conditioning only to call the owner and find out there wasn't any! The nights were cool enough with floor fans the owner provided blowing right on you and leaving the window's open. However with the noise of the freeway and other residents and this unit is on the ground floor, we didn't enjoy having to have the windows open at night. The owner should install ceiling fans in each room for summer rentals. We also had a problem with the water as we arrived. All the water coming out of every tap was BROWN! It literally left sand/mud in each sink and bathtub. It was late before we discovered this and we had already called the owner and woke her up asking about the air conditioning, so we didn't want to bug her again until morning, so we just kept running the water and after 10 minutes it ran clear. We drank bottled water we had to go purchase, but felt fine about using the water for bathing ther rest of our stay. Hopefully the owner has addressed that issue as we emailed her about it after our stay, but never heard back from her. As we left the condo my mom forgot a very small bag with some medical supplies. We contacted the owner and asked her to mail it to us and take the cost of mailing it out of our deposit. She did mail it, the postage showed it was less than $2 but she deducted over $38 from our deposit for it??? Then the management company that was to credit us our deposit, ran it through as a charge instead! We found this mistake on our credit card bill and called them. They did correct this mistake, but we were frustrated we had to catch it and make a couple of phone calls to get the charge reversed and then credited. Hopefully the owner will resolve these few issues because the condo and location is great, but with what happened overall with our experience, I cannot recommend this condo nor would I stay there again.

Winter Rate (Novemeber - April) is $99 a Night / $650 a Week / Monthly Rates N/A $149 a Nt for Holidays. Thanksgiving,Christmas,New Years,Sundance,Presidents Week. $100.00 cleaning fee & $200.00 refundable damage deposit required. Credit cards accepted. Great family condo at a family friendly price!!!
