This luxury 6th floor unit (606) has a Direct Gulf Front, (all units in this building are not direct gulf front) and is located in the heart of Gulf Shores- (this is not one of the side view units, IT IS A DIRECT GULF FRONT VIEW UNIT). Side view units are floor numbers and ending with 01 - 03. Units ending in 04 - 09 units are direct gulf front. Seawind offers an indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub, state of the art exercise room w/ sauna and a common area with a large screen TV. The first 3 floors are for underground parking. Minium age for singles 28.
There are BBQ grills in the outdoor common area. BBQ grills are not allowed on balconies. There is a zero entry child's pool w/ fountains & sprays, along with deck, chairs, and lounges for your convenience. Rental chairs & umbrellas are available on the beach.
The MB has a king sized bed with private bath and a large walk in closet, the 2nd BR has a Queen bed and bath. The bunk room can sleep 2 or 3 people (great for kids). There are 4 flat screen TV's and DVD player. LR has a 36" TV, MB a 32" TV, and the 2 other BR's have 19" TV's. The kitchen is fully furnished with side-by-side refrig, microwave, stove and dishwasher (all stainless), and granite counter tops. There is a walk in laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The dinette has a wooden bar height table, linens are furnished. The hall, laundry room, baths and kitchen are tiled, while the LR and BR's are carpeted. High speed internet is included in each unit. Please bring your own ethernet cables. Phones are furnished for local calls only.
Within the area there are many types of restaurants, shopping, golf, movie theaters, concerts, amusement parks, ferris wheel, boating, dolphin trips, para sailing, historical parks, and other activities.
SORRY, ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and NO SMOKING in units. These are condominium rules! If pets are found in unit 606, the condo will be vacated immediately with no refund.
Condo is located 1/4 mile east of Hwy 59. It is the 2nd high-rise on the right.
Rates: In some instances tax is already added. Parking is free; howvever, passes must be obtained thru the office. Until confirmed with deposit_ booking is not guaranteed and rates are subject to change w/o notice. Deposits will not be refunded to guest who do not cancel 21 days prior to arrival. To receive deposit refund, full payment made by cashier's check or credit card must be made 14 days prior to arrival; otherwise, rental can go to someone else and deposit will be forfeited. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THAT DEPOSIT CHECKS BE HELD UNTIL YOUR DEPARTURE. PLEASE CALL FOR DATES. Accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover for main payment. Seperate deposit check must be mailed to owner.

The Unit was great just as described. It was very clean and well maintained. Mrs. Tate was so easy to work with and a very nice lady. It had plenty of cooking equipment which is very unusual. The view was great and the beach was beautiful. We had a great time. I would recommed this property to any one. We shopped and ate. The Shrimp Basket was wonderful. We ate there 5 times. it was close and the price and service was great. We will definately try to stay here next Thanksgiving if we are able. Met some really nice people and the Grand Kids loved the inside and outside pool.

we stayed the last week in October. we enjoyed the condo very much. we had everything we needed, plus I am a reader and this is the first time I have ever stayed in a condo and had all the light I needed to read by. the outside maintance workers were always keeping things clean. we had one minor problem and it was taken care of the next day. Rena, the owner, informed me that they had plans for a update soon. She was taking bids for work to be done. A fishing vessel dropped nets right in front of the condo, and since we were on the six floor I really got to see a lot of dolphins, more than I have ever seen in Gulf Shores. Our weather was absolutely beautiful. I wish I was still there. I will return. Loved the pool too.

My wife and I brought my mother down for her first trip to Gulf Shores. The condo at Seawinds was perfect in every way; clean, great amenities and great location. My mother loved it!! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had my cleaning staff check for the blender which I replaced this spring. They said it was there on the bottom shelf of the lazy susan cabinet. I am sorry that my guest could not find it. Also, the zero entry children's pool is one of, if not the largest of any on the beach. It is probably crowded during peak times that include fall break when many families go to the beach. I apologize for any inconvience the guest had in finding the blender or in the zero entry pool. Rena Tate, Owner

My husband & I rented this condo to take our year & a half year old to the beach for the first time. The condo was very clean, well stocked. We didn't see the blender & ended up going to buy one, so if you're looking to make frosty beverages, they do have one! I rented at Seawind in large part to the kiddie pool, which online looked like fun for small children, but I was surprised by how SMALL it was in person & when crowded, was no place for a baby who is still a little unsteady on their feet. Kids a little bigger would probably love it. One of the elevators was out, and getting up & down took forever, which was a pain. Other than that, the location is great, close to a lot of things and right on the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful. :) We ate at Lulu's which was fun. It had a band and had sand areas & buckets & fountains for kids to play but being from Louisiana, it's hard to find seafood as good as ours!

We stayed at the condo the week after Labor Day. It was beautiful, just as described. Very clean and neat. My granddaughter really enjoyed the fountain pool. Everything was close by. I would highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in the condo for the fourth of July. It was absolutely perfect! My children ages 7 and 8 loved the bunk bed room~ and I loved the fact that each room had a TV! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location could not be better, short boardwalk to the beach and close enough to walk to many restaurants. We never got back in the car until it was time to go home. I would highly recommend this unit.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. Just a short walk down to the beach. It was very convient to everything and the condo was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which has a beautiful view. The only down side was the wait for elevators, at times was very long.

My husband and I along with our 7 and 3 year olds stayed in the condo over spring break. The condo is exactly as descibed. It was very comfortable and clean. The kids had a great time in the indoor/outdoor pool. The pool is smaller than expected, but was never too busy or crowded. Very short walk to the ocean...easy on the kids! I would definitely recommend this condo and stay again.
