As soon as you arrive in St Maarten, you will know you have found paradise. Our condo is an exquisitely furnished condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state of the art kitchen, dining area living room with a pull out sofa. It sleeps six comfortably.
On property we have three swimming pools. It has a spiral staircase that leads to a beautiful private beach with your own private cave, where you can enjoy the pristine white sand and crystal clear sapphire waters of Cupecoy Beach. You can watch the cruise ships pass by and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean.
We have a 24-hour security guard on the premises and it is a gated resort. It is only five minutes from the airport. There is a two-minute walk to the Atlantis Casino and to some of the Island's finest Restaurants. It is centrally located between the French and The Dutch side. It is right on Cupecoy Beach (on the Dutch side). It's just minutes away from Mullet Bay and golf. It's just minutes away from family style dining, shopping, nightly entertainment and much, much more. You can take a short ferry ride over to the famous Islands of St Barths, Anguilla and Saba.
Once you visit St Maarten, you will always come back. It is without a doubt the closest place to paradise on earth you will find. We accept payment through Paypal, cash, and money orders.If you should choose to pay thru paypal there is a small fee for which you will be responsible for.

About the owner: Hello our names are Anthony and Debbie and we are the proud owners of this condo. We are from Italian descent and we live in Long Island New York. We have been traveling to St Maarteen for over 15years and finally decided it was time for a place of our own that we can call a home away from home. We rent out our condo because we enjoy sharing the experience that we have every time we travel there. This is our second home and we expect our renters to treat it as if it were there home. We have a property manager and a housekeeper to make sure that it is always kept up to our highest standards. When you come and stay at our condo we only wish that you have a great time and we want you to feel as if you were at home..
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
For us we just enjoy all of the things that there are to do in St Maarteen. We love all the beaches and the fact that we are so close to all of them. When we travel to St Maarteen we always visit one of the other islands such as Anguilla or St Barths. Its still amazing to me that I can fly to one island and get to see two more while I am there. The shopping in Phillipsburg never gets old for us we go every time and its fun to see just how much we can get by bargaining with the locals. Of course the night life and the casinos are always exciting and there is always something different going on each night. There are so many things to list that I could go on and on. The food in St Maarteen is by far the best and freshest foods that we have ever eaten. There is not a negative thing to say about the island. Come and enjoy see for yourself.
