As soon as you arrive in St Maarten, you will know you have found paradise. Our condo is an exquisitely furnished condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state of the art kitchen, dining area living room with a pull out sofa. It sleeps six comfortably.
On property we have three swimming pools, a state of the art brand new gym. It has a spiral staircase that leads to a beautiful private beach with your own private cave, where you can enjoy the pristine white sand and crystal clear sapphire waters of Cupecoy Beach. You can watch the cruise ships pass by and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean.
We have a 24-hour security guard on the premises and it is a gated resort. It is only five minutes from the airport. There is a two-minute walk to the Atlantis Casino and to some of the Island's finest Restaurants. It is centrally located between the French and The Dutch side. It is right on Cupecoy Beach (on the Dutch side). It's just minutes away from Mullet Bay and golf. It's just minutes away from family style dining, shopping, nightly entertainment and much, much more. You can take a short ferry ride over to the famous Islands of St Barths, Anguilla and Saba.
