We were moving to this unit for Christmas night only as we had to check out of Red Hawk on Christmas morning (Saturday to Saturday rental agreement). We expected it to be less accommodating since we were getting the lowest price property just so we wouldn't have to leave Keystone on Christmas. The unit was beautiful and exceeded our expectations by far. We always stay at Red Hawk, but this was every bit as nice. The parking and access are not as easy, but the comfort and upgrades (kitchen) of the unit made up for any other deficiencies. The reservation staff went above and beyond to make our transition as smooth as possible having the Wild Irishman unit available as soon as we left Red Hawk. The man in the shipping department on the day after Christmas went above and beyond to help us package our items to be shipped home and was friendly and pleasant through the process. On top of that, we appreciated the supply of firewood and the use of the fireplace after we spent a week at Red Hawk with a broken fireplace that they were not able to fix during our stay.Did you find this review helpful? Great place to stay. Roomy and clean with great value. The only negative was that it was cold at first and slow to warm up (we actually called someone who came immediately to tell us everything was fine - great service) and the front desk talked too fast for the directions - everything looked alike and after a long drive in traffic, we drove around a bit to find our place. A little heads up to how to get to the ski slope would have been nice too. But those were very minor issues and overall we would say 10 out of 10!!!Did you find this review helpful? I own 6 weeks of time shares and have stayed over 90 times in those resorts. But nothing has ever come close to all the provisions in this resort. We were AMAZED. Great job.
