Ideally located new pueblo style patio home getaway in the charming village of Tubac - "Where Art & History Meet". Five minute walk to the new Plaza de Anza, with wonderful, bakery, cafe and world-class cooking school. Three minute bike ride or ten minute walk to center of Village, full of interesting, galleries, shops, restaurants and culture. Great bookstore! Just over a mile to the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, home to an excellent 27-hole Red Lawrence course, great practice facilities, two superb restaurants and brand new, full service spa. Excellent road and mountain biking from the front door. Three bikes (including a tandem) included.
All within an hour are many more golf courses, the city lights of Tucson, Saguaro National Park, Arizona's wine country, great hiking in the Santa Ritas, highlighted by the birding in world famous Madera Canyon, and Nogales, Sonora, featuring the shopping and adventure of Old Mexico.

It is with reluctance and a bit of melancholy that we prepare to leave inspirational Tubac and your beautiful home. Oh,the mornings! To wake hearing the bird song, feeling the warmth of the sun and gazing at the spectacular Santa Rita mountains is such a delight. We have been happy here - even our little doggie friend, Winnie, seems to have an extra playful bounce in her step. Your home is warm and inviting. Thank you for the gift.

Thank you so much for the stay in your beautiful home. Marty and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It has been so nice to sit out in the morning sun, sun on our faces, gorgeous mountain views, so quiet except for the soft wind and the chirping birds. There were many days that we would just walk down the street to be on the beautiful Anza Trail. We love Tubac for its beauty, its art and its people! In anticipation we look foward to perhaps being here again next year.

We love the Village of Tubac and really enjoy our home in the Barrio de Tubac. We live in Sedona and visit Tubac as often as or work schedule permits. We enjoy Mexico and have designed our Tubac home with one of a kind Mexican paintings and tables.
