Our Highland Oaks home is situated on over a 1/4 acre with a tropical backyard oasis located in a family oriented neighborhood.

Highland Oaks is located in the northern section of Greater Miami just outside the City of Aventura. Conveniently located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and just a few blocks from Interstate I-95, this prime location offers the best of South Florida...all within a distance of 15 to 30 minutes.

Just blocks away is the Aventura Mall featuring great dining and shopping. The Beach is no more than 5 minutes away and the Presidential Golf and Tennis Club is within walking distance. The Gulfstream Park Horse Racing & Casino is within 2 minutes and the home is located on a bus line, so getting anywhere is accessible, even without a car. This is Miami living at it's finest!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances; an electric stove, microwave and oven and refrigerator. A coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils will be provided. Service for eight will be included as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create your own gourmet meal.

150-channel Dish Network satellite will be provided in living room. Free local and long distance phone service within the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom is provided. Included with the home is the use of a computer and Wi-Fi access for Internet Access. If you need to conduct business, a combo printer and fax machine is available.

Floor to ceiling glass patio doors in the game room provide an expansive view of the oversize 40-foot pool, patio area, and lush tropical yard. The game room features a 7' Pool table, a card table, a combination Foosball table, Ping Pong table, Air Hockey, Chess & Checker, Backgammon, Shuffle Board as well as a Roulette, Craps, Blackjack and Poker Game table.

The furnished patio area is afforded privacy by a wall of mature trees providing lush landscaping. You will find patio seating for eight including umbrellas to enjoy outdoor meals and unwind.

The 40-foot lap pool and 8 person (yes 8) Jacuzzi are the focal point of the tropical backyard paradise. A gas grill and covered patio complete the atmosphere and will make it a destination in itself!

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a mirrored dresser with two nightstands, a bathroom with a shower, and a 20" TV. The 2nd bedroom will feature two full size beds, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, and 20" TV. The 3rd bedroom will feature a queen size bed, a nightstand, a 20" TV. The utility room contains a large capacity washer and full size dryer with an iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms have window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy.

This home features a state of the art tankless water heater, which provides for an unlimited amount of hot water for showers and laundry!

We are centrally located, both Miami and Fort Lauderdale are easily accessible. Miami International Airport & Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport are within 25 minutes. Houses of Worship are also nearby.

  • We loved this house. We rented it for our summer holiday in Florida and it was just great. 20 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 20 minutes to Miami Beach. We were 5 people and had a wonderful time at Highland Oaks. The holidays were fantastic, we'll never forget them.

  • It was a great place. The pool and hot tub are a great place to just lay around chill in the sun. Very clean house and nice and comfortable. Nice pool table and deck on the back side of the house. Not in walking distance to the ocean but not bad if you have a car. Taxi prices can add up to get to places so make sure you have your own rental car or own car. Overall a great place to have a good, relaxing time.

  • We loved this home! It had a lot of character and the back yard was fabulous. It was in a great location close to all of the shops, Bal Harbor, the beach…etc. I would definitely book here again for our next trip to Miami it is a much better value than any hotel, especially if you are staying over a few days!

I never seen any of the neighbors and we had gathering till 6 Am. We have everything we need right there and the Mall is only a couple of minutes away. Im coming down this year and im renting from them again no matter what. You will not regret renting this house and dealing with this two lovely people. Have Fun

  • We stayed on christmas 2008 12 days in the Highland Oaks and enjoyed our vacation very much. Our 3 children loved the pool and the billard. The house is close to Miami and the beaches, Sawgrass Mill and Aventura Mall.... We could recommand this place rvy much.

  • We had a wonderful time at Highland Oaks. The house was beautiful, clean, had many great ammenities and was spacious enough to accomodate a large group without feeling cramped. We enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood after being in a noisy city all day and cooking meals together. The hot-tub was great and the backyard a beautiful oasis to relax in at the end of the day. We will definitely consider staying here again.

  • My Family came down from New York and they stayed at this house. This House has plenty of space for a big family and a big yard my families were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice is close to shopping center, pharmacy, beach and 15 minutes away from Aventura Mall. I would definitely recommend this house.
