Our cool, ground floor condominium is the more spacious 1242 sq ft two-bedroom ‘C’ plan, with sunken living room, brand new Italian leather designer furniture, and extensive travertine and granite surfaces. Jewel-like Ocean views from all three main spaces.
The master bedroom has a California king-size bed and free-standing travertine bath, with separate shower room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full separate bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. There is a large garden Lanai with BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining. Seconds to WiFi-equipped lounge, beautiful pool, and spa. It's an easy walk to the luxury "Shops at Wailea" and many fine restaurants. Five world-class golf courses and tennis club nearby.

Hello John, We had a great time at your condo in beautiful Maui. The weather was great only rained on the drive to Hana...which was nice as the waterfalls were in full force. We also did the helicopter ride around the island which was amazing. And saw the sunrise on Haleakala...gorgeous. We ended up not bringing our bike stuff, so that will have to be for the next time. Just wanted to let you know that we received our damage deposit check back from you today.(Thank you.) We loved staying in your condo. Thank you again. Happy Holidays to you and your family. This was our second stay at the Palms (not the same unit), albeit 9 years in between stays. This unit is very well maintained and has been updated to feel "new". It was comfortable and well-appointed. We had a young daughter (1.5 yr old) that we were hoping to have use the second bedroom with her crib. Unfortunately, with the louvered doors facing the living area-- which is typical on all the 2br units at the Palms, I believe, it was not possible, so our daughter had the master and we slept in the guest room. Perhaps with an older family-- or group all going to sleep at the same time-- this would not be a problem. Ideally, we would have liked more beach toys for our daughter to play with (since we couldn't really pack a lot of "beach" toys on the flight over), but again, that probably isn't as big of a deal for older families or couples needing some time away. The older WiFi system from the recreational area was not quite powerful enough to make it to the porch, and even when close by (like at the pool), it kept going down so I ended up buying a LAN cord to connect to the back of the router to get some work done. WiFi in the unit would have been great. Also, we were expected to start the laundry but no soap was provided, so we had to run to the store to do that before checking out. I don't know if that was standard, so it could have been an oversight on our stay. Overall, the owner is very attentive to the needs of guests and this unit is very well maintained, nicely appointed with the things you need to have a nice relaxing stay, and in great condition. I would recommend to anyone with the caveats noted above-- which really are geared more toward families with "younger" kids like ourselves. The Palms is a nice value in Wailea and not too terribly far from the beach (10-15 mins walking). Overall, you will likely enjoy your stay here. I am pretty confident that this is one of the nicer units in the complex. We were very appreciative to the owner for our stay in this unit.
