The kitchen boasts corian countertops, 42" cherry cabinets, 9 foot pantry cabinet, all upgraded appliance package of side by side refrigerator w/outside the door ice & water dispenser, built in microwave, smooth top stove and dishwasher. 4 chairs with breakfast table, 2 tall chairs and a breakfast bar finish off this lovely kitchen. You will also enjoy a formal dining area with a pocket door to close off the kitchen from the dining room. An open floor plan welcomes you & your guests for great conversation. The master bedroom includes a king bed, his/hers walk in closets, 2 marble sinks with desk area and makeup chair, a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Moldings are incorporated throughout the house and the floors are tiled in all rooms, no carpets for those of you who may have allergies.
