My family and I have vacationed on Marco Island for many years and this is the best condo we have stayed in by far. This condo is absolutely gorgeous with many updates. It is beautifully decorated in a bright and cheerful way. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. When we arrived it was extremely clean...spotless! It is fully stocked with household essentials. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony where you almost feel like you are on a cruise ship. The owners are wonderful and take great care of their condo and guests. They are available and very helpful, as they want to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. We felt like home in this condo and cant wait to go back next year. We will definitely rent this condo for many years to come.

Don't waste your time here.The unit seems to be captured in time,circa 1980.TVs of another era,no wireless access in unit,missing remotes,no stereo/CD players.This unit has not been well maintained which is too bad because the buiding itself is quite attractive.We had trouble getting the keys from an owner who lives far,far away and had no hot water the first night in the unit. The owner is refusing to refund our security deposit because one of his non working clocks fell off the wall in the middle of the night.There are much better options in Marco Island with owners who do it right.

Owner response: This is in response to the ridiculous review that we received from a tenant who has a problem with a situation that he ultimately caused. We purchased this unit in 2001 and have remodeled this unit within the last 7 years or so. **Please See Pictures**. In 2001, we installed a 3' (in diameter) custom mirrored clock and it had been on the wall ever since, even with this condo being enjoyed by over 40 different families since 2001. This clock has been on the wall after every single one of these visits. After this particular tenant departed our beautiful condo at the end of February 2013, I was informed by the cleaning staff that the mirrored clock had been shattered in many, many pieces. This tenant never even told me that the mirrored clock had been broken during his stay, which had a value of $300 + $75 shipping cost + $65.00 installation in 2001. I ,therefore, deducted these amounts for this broken clock from the security deposit that I held from this tenant. He was apparently upset and didn't feel he was responsible to pay for a mirrored clock that was shattered during his stay and now has to be replaced. My cleaning staff also mentioned that the bathrooms were left in a disgusting condition, in which we did not charge any additional fee for the extra cleaning that was required after this tenant departed. You can tell by the pictures of this unit, that we provide on VRBO, that it is a well cared for unit, which is professionally cleaned before and after each and every use. We receive many compliments on our unit and will continue to be proud to rent to people that appreciate and respect other people's beautiful property. Jeff
