We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. The view excellent. The owner has free little extras such as beach chairs beach towels, beach toys, dads, videos, a wonderfully supplied kitchen. The condo is very comfortable. The pool is well kept. The beach is just steps from the condo. We have been to Sanibel several times. This was our first time in this condo. Would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family returned to Loggerhead Cay after not visiting Sanibel for many years. The property was just as listed, we had a great beach view, loved listening to the surf while sitting on the porch and the condo was clean and well-equipped. The owner answered several last minute questions (are there beach towels, blow dryers, and sand toys) for us very promptly. The children liked having their own room and getting to sleep in bunk beds. We walked alot, to the Lighthouse daily and to get ice cream at Pinnochios twice. Even with the parking area construction, our stay was wonderful and we hope to return next year. We liked using the complex grills to cook our dinner but also liked eating at the Fish House and Island Cow.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at Sanibel. The place was wonderful. We could fall asleep at night listening to the rustling palm fronds outside the window and hear the lapping of the Gulf waters on the beach. It was very relaxing. Never had a bad meal while on the island and of course took home a few shells. The listing was exactly as described and pictured and Lori (owner) was very helpful answering my questions before and after we rented.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is great with all the amenities and the location is perfect. It not only has a great view of the ocean but the beach is a very short walk from your door. It is located minutes from the causeway and is convenient to so much. We only stayed a week in 2012 but booked an entire month in 2013. That is how great this condo is. We loved it! And by the way, if you golf, try The Dunes. We can't wait to return to Loggerhead. We recommend the following restaurants: The Bubble Room, Twilight, Doc Fords, and best of all, the Sunset Grill. You won't go wrong with any of these.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This is truely our favorate vacation place. Sanibel is a special place that cannot be described accurately-you really must experience it! And this condo is the perfect place to be. The pictures you see in this review are exactly what you see from the living room, master bedroom, screened in porch, and main living space as you walk in the door! The living quarters are spacious and elegantly relaxing- appropriate for a beach condo. The artwork and paintings are professional quality and enhance the ambiance. We are returning again for our third year and adding another week! We can hardly wait!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first ever visit to Sanibel. This condo was a perfect choice. It was close to the beach and thus great for small kids to get home on their frequent visits. There was a very "home" feel to this condo. Everything we needed was waiting for us when we got there. I will definitely visit Loggerhead again and I will contact this owner first.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo's island location makes it convenient to go exploring or just stay put on the lovely beach. We had a wonderful week on Sanibel Island. We loved having the beach so close and all of the beach equipment that the owner provided. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, although we spent much of our time outside. It was a nice family getaway for us and we plan to return next year.Did you find this review helpful? The stay was absolutely excellent, weather included. We sailed, wind surfed, kayaked, biked, swam, beach walked, and played lots of Frisbee and tennis – then ate grouper. It was great having the tennis on site and also a large frisbee area. Fortunately my son jogged the beach (just out the door)an hour each day so this slowed him down a bit before he engaged in all this with my wife and I. The view was fantastic, the sleep superb. We brought scrabble so the evenings were quiet and relaxing, enjoyed several of the DVD’s you had there also. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! The view from the balcony almost puts you on the beach. I will miss having my meals watching the surf roll in and feeling the ocean breeze against my skin. Your condo is spacious, light and bright; and we loved the artwork-like a gallery in your own home! The location was superb with easy access to all the best restaurants and shops.
